I have 11 level 70 toons and I have never seen the Portal IN Valdrakken... I have never been able to access the one in SW either....
They're obviously attempting to push micro-updates to the game behind the scenes in order to get ready for the TWW prepatch in a few months. I have no idea why that means a lot of DF stuff suddenly had level requirements raised or added, but I suspect that it's because of TWW prep.Side note: Some of the training dummies in Valdrakken are also seemingly level 80 now, making them mostly useless for practicing on lol
I hope this is fixed soon since level 58 is already kind of odd requirement for the fact that you can't accept any quests yet.
It s absolutely wild that people thought this was intentional and not a bug that was going to get fixed asap.
Not only that, I cannot use the rostrum until 70 and when I use the favorite button, it only selects my static flight mounts. Right now people are stuck on the rostrum quest. If y’all are still into leveling, make a macro for your dragonriding mounts until it’s fixed.
First off, no one should be going to Valdrakken below level 60.Secondly, there is a dragon ship from Org/SW to Dragon Isles? They probably locked it so players don't miss out on the story introduction quests to start the expansion. But once a character gets through the beginning of DF and is level 60+, they should definitely be able to go back to SW or wherever and still return to Dragon Isles via portal. It used to be that when a player starts a new xpac, they won't be able to leave until they have completed certain questlines and steps. With DF, it makes sense since Valdrakken has everything including an AH. Hopefully this will be fixed. Kinda crazy to be level 68-69 and have to go to SW for Trading Post and then not allowed back through portal.
Pulled a real Amber Heard there, Blizzard good job.
also cant customize dragon riding mounts till 70
Wish they would fix the god damn portal to Zandalar already, it's been bugged for over a year now where it dumps you on the docks rather than the actual portal location.
glad something this important, righteous and game-improving is up there on the priority list
Discrimination!
