No 3% Damage Raid Buff in Nerub-ar Palace This Week - Available Next Week

Players must kill bosses to earn Nerub-ar Finery which has a rising cap of 8 per week

Turning in 16 Nerub-ar Finery grants one stack of Severed Strands which grants % damage and healing while inside the raid.

The buff and currency is Warband Wide, meaning you only need to do this once per account.

Why not just nerf the raid / buff all players every 2 weeks. Now you have to clear the complete raid for 2 weeks to get it. If you don't clear it (Final Boss on Heroic is still hard for random groups most of the time, many go 2/2/6 because it's easier), you need 3 weeks.

PUG Raiding will be harder and split players even more, because I can imagine groups will only invite players with the buff / enough stacks. I'm glad having an organized group.
