This healer off-hand is created by scribes. Unlike the staves, it is BoE rather then BoA, allowing it to be sold on the AH.

和諧之魂 is created by combining 10 和諧微粒, which are world drops in all MoP zones and, like the Spirit, BoP. If your scribe has no or limited access to Spirits of Harmony, note that is only indirectly needed, to craft the Inscribed Fan, which itself is BoE. This allows using an AH bought Fan to craft this item without the need for a Spirit of Harmony on the character that crafts the Red Fan.

智慧卷軸 is acquired from from daily research (智慧卷軸).

Scribes BEWARE! If you have the Inscribed Fan equipped, it will still let you use it to craft the Inscribed Red Fan, even though it's not in your bags.

I saw I could make the Inscribed Red Fan--completely forgetting that you needed the Inscribed Fan to do it--and without really checking the mats, I created it. A few hours later, I realized while playing another of my scribes what I had probably done, and sure enough, even though the Inscribed Fan was not in my bag--it was equipped on my character--the game allowed me to craft the Inscribed Red Fan. Now I have no offhand at 87. Sad shaman...

When Mop first came out I was able to sell these for about 9k on Blackhand, US. Now the price has dropped to about 4k, It's better to make money off of the cards or decks for scribes.

Got this 5 days into the expansion, pushing me a bit ahead. It's really nice because there aren't really any offhands in LFR. Also pretty good to sell as a scribe if darkmoon cards are cheap on your server, they can sell for more. I kinda see it as a free epic if you're a scribe.
