This is was before the 2.0 patch (you needed to be rank 11 in order to obtain it) and it was ridable with just the basic riding skill (75) .

Players that obtained the mount before the 2.0 patch automaticaly got the 300 riding skill , post 2.0 you need to buy the 300 riding skill or you wont be able to use one of these babies =) .

Regarding the lvl 55 limit : I think its extremly difficult to get rank 11 (in the old pvp system) for a lvl 60 , cant imagen a lvl 55 trying to get the same ammount of honor as the higher lvled players .

By the way it is still available its needs 75 riding skill because everyone started crying to Blizz because Death Knights could have a mount before level 60, they said it was unfair in PvP so Blizz added this in to shut them up.

OK yall, with the new pvp items u can now get the horn of the black war wolf for just 30AV marks 30 AB marks and 30WSG marks and, you do not have to be exalted with Org (for all you taurens out there) and also, you do not have to have 150 riding skill in wolves it can be from anywhere.

This is and mark payable mount. its a lvl 60+ epic mount with 100% speed.
it cost 30x arathi marks , 30 Warsong marks and 30 Altarec valley marks.
Orcs, undeads, Tuarens,trolls and blood elfs can use this mount.
you can buy it in "Hall of the legends" in orgrimmar. Coord <39.67>

okay...

the three PvP mounts (and AV mount) (BE don't have on) now just need 30 WSG Marks of Honor, 30 Arathi Basin Marks of Honor, and 30 AV Marks of Honor.

All races can ride all three (and AV mount) without an exalted reputation. (ex. Tauren can ride Black War Wolf without Exalted reputation with Orgrimmar)

But it requires the 150 Riding Skill.

I personally like the raptor but the kodo and wolf looks ^&*!in nice too

600g-60g for the 10% rep discount=540g total for the 150 mount training.

Bought mine yesterday, now I just need 5 more levels to be able to ride the thing. Really 60 marks isn't that hard to get. AB was the toughest for me just because it's difficult to find a game in the 50-60 bracket in my battlegroup but it really shouldn't take that long to gather up the marks for this one. Plus it saves you some gold because obviously you don't have to spend anything on a horse/wolf/kodo/whatever your mount would have been.

I got this on my druid (last 2 screenshots above) and this is the coolest pvp mount imo. I especially like the size of my wolf compared to other race's wolf and it's cool blue eyes(being a tauren, i need a bigger mount to accomidate for my large size).

no. horde can't get ally mounts and ally can't get horde mounts. (tho horde can get the spectral tiger if they want and ally can get the new white strider, but that's it)

This mount is really cool. There's no way around that fact. It took me around two weeks to get all the marks, compared to the month it took an Alliance friend of mine to get a pvp mount. It's definitely worth the time, though. I know a lot of people have them now, but thats just because they're super cool.
Get a Black War Wolf, drink the kool aid and join our awesome club. We have T-shirts.

I just hit rank 11 today (after this latest patch) and bought my Black War Wolf. Im a tuaren and I knew that before i would be able to use my new mount that i was goign to need wolf riding traing, AND to be exhalted in Org to be able to purchase it. Not an issue since i planned ahead and already got exhalted with them. After buying it i went outside and was going to ride my Black War Kodo, which i also bought (which is part of what my question is about, but ill get to that in a second) over to the Wolf Trainer, but for some reason i thought id try my Wolf to see what it said, and it let me mount it, even though i know that i had not gottne traing yet... Is this a change that was just made for the newest patch?
But heres my biggest question... I planned on just buying the Wolf but also bought the Black War Kodo becuse for some reason they only cost 9g each instead of 90g which was always the cost before today. Is this a Glitch or a new change made as a bonus for hitting rank 11? I didnt see anything about it in the change log for the patch unless i missed it. I told my buddy who (now rank 12 undead) He paid 90g for his War Wolf 2 weeks ago. He went back to buy the 3 he didnt have, and he got them for 9g each and was able to mount em all and is not exhalted with any of the factions. He was planning on getting the Raptor but was waiting to get exhalted with Darkspear Trolls, but now he got it today and is still only revered. Just wondering what the deal is. Either way i got both mine for 18g and didnt need to get ride training. Hope they change it back and we end up being lucky, heh.

It requires Exalted with Orgrimmar for an Undead character. This is because of the "Requires Wolf Riding (1)". The trainer for Wolf Riding will only teach it to you if you are an Orc or are Exalted with Orgrimmar.

Checked Officers' hall today and the Horns of the Black War Wolf definitely states it can be ridden by a Tauren. Apparently Tauren cannot ride the skeleton or raptor mounts.

This Wolf can be bought from 狼騎兵波爾克 in Hall of Legends in 奧格瑪. Coordinates to the Hall of Legends entrance are 40.2, 69.7

He sells the following Mounts:

黑色戰鬥迅猛龍之哨

To be able to actually buy them from him, it is required that you achieve Rank 11 in PvP.
