Without much to go on besides Ti'un being aquatic and a turtle, my lineup consisted of my Guardian Cub, Li'l Tarecgosa, and Silkbead Snail.
My Guardian Cub managed to get him down to 538 health with repeated use of his Reckless Strike - it did about 500 damage or so per hit while Ti'un had his shield up. After that, Tarecgosa and Snail missed both of their big attacks. ><
In the end, I'd recommend having a second flying pet, or one that can dodge his second use of pump (though he doesn't always use it twice in a row), such as a Snail's Dive ability.

Just killed him with an oasis moth, a bandicoon, and a dancing water skimmer.
Couldn't capture him, and it doesn't look like he dropped anything. What is the point of fighting him?
:edit:
I see that he's part of a quest now. I should have thought of that.

The only damaging ability that this turtle actually uses comes from Pump, that means he'll need 1 full turn to charge-up before attacking you. It should 2 shot you so i suggest you use creatures that can avoid that attack like Dive or Cacoon strike
Arcane pets should also work here with their 40% damage reduction
You guys should avoid attacks that strikes multiple times in a single turn because of the Shell Shield, it'll be reduced to 50-60 damage per hit

I was able to solo this with my Oasis Moth. Since the moth is faster, Alpha Strike did extra damage and nuked for over 500 damage each hit. I got lucky and Moth Dust hit each time, even putting him to sleep once. I had magic pets as my backup team, since they take less damage from the Tidal Wave.

The
mini mindslayer
literary destroys Ti'un.
Since the mindslayer is arcane he takes reduced dmg of any attack of Ti'un, also inner vision helps to burn through Ti'uns shield.
I used
Mana Surge
Inner Vision
Life exchange
I started with Life exchange which brought Ti'un immediatly to 2,8k hp, then i used inner vision and mana surge. Due to this skill set up , i sometimes can only cast inner vision but that wasn't much of a hindrance. I had to use life exchange only once more to finish this buddy.
At least from my point of view, one of the easier elite fights.

1. This is a quest mob
2. It can not be captured
3. It hits like a truck (did crit for 1400 at some point) and its main attack "tidal wave" will hit every pet you have everytime he casts it for around 150ish damage.
4. it does not despawn should you lose the fight, so you can try as much as you want too.
5. it looks like this battle can be done while others are doing it aswell (like trainers).
As aquatic he is vulnerable to flying attacks.
I used lil tarecgosa to soften him up quick and then the chicken to finish him off.
Alas i was not on the quest so i didnt recieve anything.

If you're having trouble with this beast, it's likely due to how Shell Shield works. Naturally, as an Aquatic pet, your first reaction is to use flying pets. However, most flying pets use multi-hit attacks. Shell-shield reduces the damage of EACH hit BEFORE the +flying damage buff is account for, resulting in nearly zero damage.
For example, Ti'un's Shell Shield reduces the damage of each hit by 112. If you use a flying attack with a base damage of 150 per hit, you'd expect it to do 150*1.5-112 = 113 per hit, which isn't great, but is ok. However, that's not how it works; it really does (150-112)*1.5=57, which makes your damage almost worthless.
Thus, the trick is you NEED to find flyers that don't use multi-hit attacks. Examples include but are not limited to
吉尔尼斯渡鸦
,
鸡
, etc. The important thing is that their primary attack is Peck, not Slicing Winds (don't use Alpha Strike either, as it counts as 2 separate hits even though it only looks like one). If you look through your Flyers, assuming you've leveled enough, you're bound to have some with abilities like these, even though Slicing Winds is more common.
The positive note is, the turtle usually doesn't hit all that hard. He seems to basically do /cast random, so you can have RNG factors here, but he spends most of his time using Tidal Wave, which does only a small amount of damage to each pet. He'll occasionally use Pump; you can't really predict when, but this is the only thing that's dangerous to your frontline pet. However, as a result of this, it is completely reasonable that a single good Flyer will knock out over 80% of his health before dying, so even if you don't have 3 good Flyers, then one good one followed by 2 crappy pets (potentially not even Flyers, as Slicing Winds is worthless against him, flying or not) will work.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, always lead with your best pet on this one. The first pet you send out will be out the longest; Tidal Wave will tend to ensure that your backline pets come out with something like half health, making their uptime shorter. If using a pet with
掠食之击
, obviously put it last to facilitate a finishing blow. That being said, as long as you use Flying abilities that aren't multi-hit, you should be more than fine.
EDIT2: As of 5.3, Alpha Strike only shows up as a single hit on the screen but SEEMS to still count as 2 separate hits.

Ok, so, I found a rather humorous combination of pets that can be used to defeat ANY Beast of Fable. Here's the jist.
You need to start with a pet that can cast Sunlight (
太阳光
). Cast Sunlight and swap to your next pet.
Your second pet needs to have Life Exchange (
生命交换
). Attack a few times then cast it. Do NOT try to push the damage so low that it gets risky; use it when you hit half health or so.
Finish with any pet that can use Predatory Strike (
掠食之击
). Obviously you want to use this ability whenever the opponent is under 25% health.
----------------------------------
So how does this strategy work? It exploits the insanely high health of the beasts of fable and uses it against them. Sunlight will increase their health and your health by 50%. This means that Life Exchange, which caps out at your max health, can hit 50% harder. Most pets with this ability seem to have 1400 health, which means that with Sunlight, Life Exchange will hit for 2100. The Beasts of Fable have about 4200 health; with Sunlight, that means they'll be down to roughly 2100/6300 (it'll vary a bit from beast to beast). That means if you can do roughly 500 extra damage to the enemy sometime during the fight, they'll be under 25% health and be one-shottable by Predatory Strike, as 1500-1600 health will still be killable by the strike. Note in many cases it also may be possible for the second pet to simply beat the enemy to death on their own; this is just a generic thing.
There are two things you need to watch out for. First, on pets that heal, you'll need to make sure the enemy is low enough, and it'll take a few extra hits. Not a big deal, just be aware of it. It's obviously very essential that the enemy be under 25% when you use Predatory Strike; if they're just a bit high, you'll be in for a harder fight. Second, watch out for pets that Burrow/Dive/BeaverDam/block your attacks in some way. Life Exchange and Predatory Strikes are essential abilities that can't be allowed to miss, so against enemies that have a potential to block these, be careful.
-----------------------------
There are a LOT of options for pets with these abilities, and almost anything will work. However, I like
1) For the first pet, my personal preference is
守护巨龙之魂
(though
吓人芜菁
works, and I'm sure almost everyone will have it). It doesn't matter much, but he can open with Surge of Light for a little bit of free damage, taking some load off my second pet; no other pet with Sunlight has a good, hard-hitting ability that only takes one turn.
2) My preference for the second pet is
虚空精灵龙
or
精龙宝宝
(the same thing, other than perhaps stats). This is probably your most important pet to choose well, since he'll be the only one doing actual combat. Higher health is better if you have the choice.
迷你斩灵者
works as well, but he doesn't really have a good choice for spammable attacks; you need to either use a weak attack or one that locks you into doing nothing else for 3 turns. With the dragons, you can Arcane Blast and then Life Exchange whenever you want. As another minor perk, the dragons will get their +50% damage buff when the target goes under 25% health, giving you an indication they're ready to be hit with Predatory Strike.
3) My preference for the final pet is
https://www.wowhead.com/mop-classic/spell=39181
. There are a ton of pets with Predatory Strike, and any will work. However, there's a good chance your Flyer will get hit under 50% health (due to Sunlight) before they can attack and lose his speed buff. Speed is your friend; you don't need to hit hard, you just need to hit before the enemy can Burrow/heal/whatever. Miniwing is EXTREMELY fast, so he should always go first. That being said, there are other fast Flyers too, but this one is just my preference.

Easily soloable with a
碧玉猫头鹰
(with plenty of health to spare).
The owl is a magic pet which receives lower damage from aquatics, and it uses flying attacks which grant extra damage to aquatics.
It's a win-win against aquatics in general, Ti'un specifically.

The Highlands Turkey (level 25) Is able to beat him on his own! He is faster so always goes first! Start with Food Coma to put him to sleep as often as you can. "Peck" him often and using "Squawk" keeps damage down on turkey enough to get through it with no other pets necessary! I've done this several times this way so far. Since Magic Pets are his weakness...I put them in the back to receive the least damage from his water waves!

The shield reduces each flying hit by 112. This means all the flying creatures that have multiple attacks, which is nearly all of them, will lose 112 damage from each attack which is usually around 150 damage (they become useless). The Gilnean Raven, Chicken, etc. are flying attacks with a single attack, and will do more damage than multiple attack flyers.
The most efficient and deadly flying attack is "
Reckless Strike
". Reckless Strike destroys all aquatic pets. It hits big and has no cooldown. The Guardian Cub, Hippogryph and Cenarion Hatchlings, Bat and Batlings all have Reckless Strike. I use the Vampiric Batling over the Guardian Cub because I spam Reckless Strike and have other non-flying attacks to use after I have decimated whatever aquatic pet I am facing. The Batlings also have "Leech Life" which adds a small heal to their survivability.
Flying:
Guardian Cub
- Blizzard Store
Hippogryph Hatchling
- TGC
Cenarion Hatchling
- Blizzard Store
Humanoid:
Qiraji Guardling
- Tamable in Summer only (21JUN-20SEP at the Scarab Wall outside Ahn'qiraj in Silithus)
Undead:
Bat
- Tamable (Eastern Plaguelands, Trisfal, Undercity, Silverpine)
Tirisfal Batling
- Tamable (Icecrown)
Vampiric Batling
- No longer obtainable (Once a drop from Prince Tenris Mirkblood in Karazhan)
These pets make Ti'un the Wanderer pretty easy. And as recommended, I use the undead bat and batling over the flying pets ... because of their versatility and Reckless Strike is all that is needed.
EVERY Pet Battler needs a pet with
Reckless Strike
. Ti'un the Wanderer just enforces this.

My rare 25 Silky Moth almost solo'd him. However I wanted to make sure I got my Shrine Fly's Glowing Toxin in, so I opened with that and then switched off to the Moth.
Also, on that note, Glowing Toxin does NOT stack, I tried applying it with two different breeds of fly and it only refreshed the duration.

I started my party with the Darkmoon Tonk, then assisted it with a sea pony and a young harpyling
the important part is that the Tonk has 2 abilities that normally do over 500 damage and will still do so after the shell defense thing, Ti'un does not hit hard on every turn in fact at most every 4 turns he will hit hard, making the Tonk able to take down his health down under 2k easily, then i would either put 2 water people with strong moves like whirlpool or water jet or any flying type with lift off.

As with any of the Beasts of Fable any pet (Sprite Darter Hatchling) with "Life Exchange" (Equalizes Health between the enemy and the user) will make short work of Ti'un.

Mechanical Chicken has "peck" which whittled him down a lot. And since the chicken is mechanical, after dying, he came back and got 4 more pecks in.
Second entry was also mechanical, a Pet Bombling, and used a self-destruct "Explode" that took out enemy down to almost death. (40% of 1620 health)
Last item was a moth that one-hit him because Ti'un was almost dead anyhow.

I did this fight at least 10 times and tried all of the suggestions listed. The cockroach thing failed 3 times because he would just block
apocalypse
. The
life exchange
from my
sprite darter
failed twice because he was able to one-shot my darter with
pump
.
I finally narrowed it down to a group that took him out with a good dose of luck.
Life exchange
seems to be the best way to put the hurt on him, you can't count on most normal moves landing as he blocks at least half of them. I had better luck with my
clefthoof runt
using
trample
(10% of his health per hit) actually landing most of the time. Sadly the runt doesn't last long past a couple of pumps but at least you can get in some good shots first. My best pet for soaking his damage was the
Minfernal
but even with that I was using
meteor strike
and
extra plating
on CD just to stay alive.
If the other comps listed here aren't working for you, try this one.

高山狐狸崽
, he got in a howl, but that was about all (died after one hit - ever so sad). And finally my lvl 23

虚空蟑螂

天启
Switch to
昆莱小雪人
Keep
冰霜震击
-->
深度冻结
-->
打倒
for as long as you can. (Surviving 15 rounds is the key here). When the runt died, I switched to
软壳幼龟
.
Kept
甲壳护盾
up and hoped for the best that Ti'Un would continue using either tidal wave or re-shell himself.
Make sure your Roach is alive. Use
生存
if necessary. If you last the 15 rounds with the roach still alive, a meteor will kill Ti'Un.

I've found that with the recent patch changes (50% damage reduction on legendary pets), my go-to pet for this Ti'un the Wanderer has been
蛋蛋
. His
践踏
attack was far and away the best, most consistent damage I could do to this guy at 227 every round (perfect for getting around
甲壳护盾
, too). If you don't have him, the
溜溜
also has this ability. There are others of course, a search for
践踏
will show a complete list of pets you might have that can do this.
So, what I use and/or recommend to defeat him near every time:
1)
蛋蛋
(or a pet with
践踏
that is preferably faster than Ti'un). I suppose his
甲壳护盾
might also be useful but I usually just use
践踏
.
2)
乌鸦
with
召唤黑暗
first and
夜袭
for decent no-miss damage. Update:
吉尔尼斯渡鸦
also has this moveset, and you would need to level a Worgen past the starting zone to obtain one as it is the Worgen race pet.
3)
白色猫头鹰
because he has
啄击
for at least a little damage (even if Ti'un's got his
甲壳护盾
up) and
掠食之击
as a finisher (most pets with
掠食之击
should do fine but in case you get to your 3rd pet and Ti'un does not have below 25% health, make sure it has an ability that can damage it). Update:
羽冠猫头鹰
will do the job every bit as well if the
白色猫头鹰
is not in season.
Seems to work just about every time.

VERY SIMPLE WIN
I lead with a rare Wildhammer Griffon Hatchling and used the Flock ability which is a 3 turn ability and give's you a damage boost. He used his shield off the bat. Flock smashed it. He then used his pump ability which takes two turns. One to charge and one to damage. Flock then continued. He then used the Tidal Wave ability he has. Flock finished. He hit me with pump and Wildhammer Griffon Hatchling died.
My second and 3rd pets were both moths with Alpha Strike, Cocoon Strike and Moth Dust. Cocoon strike can be used to negate pump but its kind of iffy because he doesn't use it immediately after its charged every single time. My first attack with my second pet was alpha strike which hit him for 814. He then used Tidal Wave. I hit him with Alpha strike once more and he was dead. With this lineup speed is to your advantage which is important.
The short of it.
Use Flock until lead pet is dead. Decimate him with Alpha Strike with your second pet.
WINNING!

i've found the "Trample him until he's dead" tactic working perfectly, the 10% health isn't mitigated so you can keep 2 of these pets and pretty much spam it
if you want to min/max go for a Stunted Shardhorn (he also got Survival for the Pump) because of the 1806 hp (rare H/H breed)
happy smashing!

Just submitted a screen shot with a P/P Humanoid i call Scyther. He USUALLY hits for 400 against aquatic. With the new changes in 5.3 he hits for 1. One. just one. I understand these changes were supposed to make it challenging. This is bloody freaking impossible if i have a P/P pet that hits for ONE.

This is more about luck than anything now.
I tried a dozen times to drop this guy, using different pets and different abilities with no luck.
Then the last fight I started with a Nether Faerie Dragon to take advantage of his Life Exchange ability. The luck part came in when Ti'un never used his Shell Shield even once. The Nether dragon soloed him in about 5 turns.
This guy needs a tweak.

Obviously Blizzards crack team of developers who handle these like the hp nerf damage reduction buff to these guys don't think about everything. I go through 10-20 bandages, or 10g+ at the stable master every time I have to fight this guy. His shield and the reduced damage buff they gave him makes this guy damn near impossible to kill unless you get lucky.

Alpine Foxling I used dazzling dance
, then howl
by this time my foxling was dead.
Next pet: Electrified Razortooth I used blood in the water
this dropped him down to almost nothing i finished him off with Rip
I had my Kun-Lai Runt just in case but didn't need to use him. I'm sure I just got super lucky but give it a try :D

This guy is near-impossible to beat if he gets a shell shield up before you can drain most of his hp. In fact, it's so dependent on dumb-luck, that I've decided to just skip him from now on. BUT, if you do get lucky, and can land a big hit (preferably with a 100% damage increase from a fox, chicken, turkey, etc.) before he puts up his shield, he might just fall over.

Worked very good after about 10 different combos. The dots work him slowly down even with the shield up and the voidcaller takes not much damage while the fly is dying faster. The curse from the voidcaller helped aswell while the prismatic barrier can help to block the pump.

Just defeated him....
I used Alpine Foxling Kit, dazzling dance, howl, and then died
next Oily Slimeling, I switched back and forth between corrosion and ooze touch, was able to get the turtle down to about a quarter health left,
Then I pulled my favorite standby, Garden Moth, moth dust, cocoon, slicing wind twice, then moth dust again, cocoon and a slicing wind and he was defeated.
This was my 2nd try and I was very very happy this worked.....
Now, if I could just figure out the magic team to defeat Dos-Ryga...

Mei Li Sparkler (rare 25) - apply glowing toxin, cocoon and Slicing wind.....apply toxin again if you can, before you die

Oasis Moth (all I had was a rare lvl 22) - Slicing Wind, Cocoon Strike and Moth Dust

I defeated him with just a Lil Bad Wolf, using the abilities Claw, Dodge and Howl. My Lil Bad Wolf was faster than Ti'un, so I don't know if this is a key factor or not.
Anyway, I'd howl and then claw on repeat until he used pump - if he used pump, I'd use dodge. That's all there is too it! Slowly he was whittled down while my lil bad wolf dodged his big hitter.
I didn't even need the other two pets.

This guy seems extremely hard at first, I did manage to come up with a good tactic that did not involve
生命交换
Start off with a fox or any pet with
缭乱之舞
, and then
嚎叫
the next turn.
Then switch to a pet with high air damage, personally I prefer
飞蛾之尘
. Use that aswell as 1 other random air attack. After that switch your fox back in and cast
嚎叫
again, only to switch a moth in for another
飞蛾之尘
with the damage boost active.
Only took me one try, and I survived with 2 pets alive on half health.
The pets I used was
高山狐狸崽
,
花园飞蛾
and
丝翅蛾
.

Very frustrating. I've tried several combinations and gotten the guy down to 3 health is the best I've done. He is very good at getting lucky one shot kills on your pets. The tidal wave pretty much has your back end pets down below half health before they even get a chance to try. I'll keep trying :)
I finally killed this joker with a Alpine Foxling Kit, Gilnean Raven and a Gilded Moth. I first brought in the fox and did a howl. Immediately brought in the Raven and did Darkness and Nocturnal Strike. Then I brought in the Fox for another howl. Again the Raven for the same and he (Raven) was killed. The fox died in the background from the tidal waves. The Gilded moth was all that was left and I used Moth Dust and Cocoon Strike and killed him. This took me two tries with this team to beat him. If he ever one shots one of your pets then that kills the chance to win. It basically boils down to luck.

For me this is the worst Legendary pet to kill as there's no pattern to his attacks. I sometimes get all three pets pumped to death and sometimes he doesn't even cast it - weird.
Anyway my latest most reliable group is three flyers, lots of other people's ideas here:-
Highlands Turkey rare 25 Peck - Squawk - food coma
Mei Li Sparkler rare 25 Slicing Wind - cocoon strike - Glowing toxin
Amber Moth rare 25 Alpha strike - cocoon strike - Moth dust
As the fight is unpredictable I swap between them to put him to sleep, apply dots or avoid dreaded pump as needed - Turkey is a huge asset with the food coma as it seems to put him off his pump stoke so that even when he wakes up he's not using the deadly second pump straight away. I often lose the Sparkler but the moth and Turkey usually make it out alive.

So after many losses to this pet after 5.3- I have found the best way around this creature's Shell Shield ability is to just trample through it. His high health will result in him taking at least 220ish damage from the 10% part of the ability
(Which is not affected by Shell Shield)
and will usually result in him taking about 250-275 damage a turn.
Suggestion:
Egbert (Peck/Trample)
Clefthoof Runt (Trample/Survival)
Stunted Shardhorn (Survival/Trample)- PP type gets 357 atk.
Also recommended to me by a friend in addition to 2 pets with trample: Kun-Lai Runt (Takedown, Frost Shock, Deep Freeze); The stunlock + double damage takedown should net you about 600-700 damage in 3 turns. Will not do as much damage as 3 turns from trample but will still allow for 3 turns of dmg and you will only take 2 turns of damage from the fabled beast since he will be stunned for 1 of them. Note: best to open with this pet if you run it so that you get decent damage from frost shock before Shell Shield is active.
Pump will generally 1 shot any of your pets, but running 3x trample pets should make for an easy kill

I tried many different combinations of pets before I beat this guy. Honestly I don't think there is a sure thing because he casts his abilities rather randomly, and your own abilities can miss. Much depends on the roll of the dice. Anyway, here's what I learned and the team I used to beat him.
Level 25 Stunted Yeti, using Punch, Haymaker, and Bash.
Level 25 Kun'lai Runt, using Takedown, Frost Shock, and Deep Freeze
Level 25 Arcane Eye, using Psychic Blast, Drain Power, and Interrupting Gaze
Use your pets in exactly that order. Magic pets take less damage from Aquatic abilities, so the Arcane Eye will survive best against the Tidal Wave. Save it for last. The key for me was stuns, interrupts, and speed. My Yeti has 273 haste, so leading with him means he can Bash (stuns the target) and then hopefully land the Haymaker followed by Punch. That's three hits before Ti'un can do anything. After that, use your abilities as they come up until Ti'un one-shots you. Now bring in your Runt.
Kun'lai Runt should go first if your speed is high enough. You know the drill: Frost Shock, Deep Freeze, then Takedown. Use your abilities as they come off cooldown and wait for him to one shot you. If you're lucky, you've got him down well below 1000 points of health.
The Arcane Eye has Interrupting Gaze, and again, your pet should go first. So interrupt, Drain Power, etc., and if all the stars align, you should be able to kill him. Or he could decide to one-shot you early. I had to do a lot of resets before getting the series of lucky shots that won for me, but I will say this team survived the best and dealt the most damage. I tried all Magic teams, all Flying teams, and a mix of Flying, Magic, and Humanoid, and this worked the best.

Okay, this guy hits with a ton and can one shot almost any pet. While it's random, it comes up more often than comments below would have you believe. I've tried most of my higher level flying pets but a geode elemental gave him the most trouble. Still, couldn't get him below 800 before he finished off my three fairly good pets. Finally got him a few minutes ago and received no credit. I am beginning to think the elite pets work for the mob and these battles are fixed!

I found a relatively painless method of dealing with this bugger involving the
迷你斩灵者
, though any other magic pet with the
生命交换
ability would perform just as well!
Since magic pets can only take 40% of their health as damage per attack, in this scenario you're guaranteed to be alive for 2 turns, giving you the opportunity to pop that Life Exchange ability to inflict massive damage upon him once you're down to a sliver of health. Due to his huge healthpool, you'll also be healed to full after the ordeal. You're then free to nuke him down with any hard-hitting pets you may have, as long as they're not elementals.
It's still not a guaranteed kill, but it easily evens the odds.

Ok I would like to first state just cause slicing wind and other moves are cancelled out does not mean that they are not useful if you hit hard enough in other ways he will think to trash your main and backline pets. I made a great trio with my last team from no-no (if you have seen my post there same rodeo still all rare) Silky Moth, Effervescent Glowfly and Dragonbone Hatchling. I opened with SM using moth dust followed by slicing wind and end with a cocoon strike. Next EG hit that emin effin ninja turtle with confusing sting and follow with that glowing toxin to boot (he can block the damage from this but not really the conf. sting) and then scratch. Last DbH I opened with hawk eye followed by lift-off and finished with a slicing wind. I did this twice and the second time I did it I did not even get to use my DbH I cahnged strats somewhere and forget but you can find your won with this trio as well so do not think that your flyers are up poops creek with no paddle.

I still contend that a raven, crow and brilliant kaliri can consistently take this guy down, but a faster process is:
Crow call darknes
Chrominius howl
Crow Nocturnal Strike
then use chrominius as you see fit (if you can howl the surge of power great), a raven is always my third pet to come in and bat clean-up if needed (normally isn't).

One strategy that worked for me is to use 3 Magic pets.
Ti'un has no abilities that do extra damage to magic pets, and magic pets all take less damage from aquatic. Look for magic pets that have flying attack abilities. I didn't have any so I used
魔法之眼
,
高等圣契
and
威利
In that order.
Another advantage is magic pets can't take more than 35% of their initial health as damage, so the pump attack is no problem.
I killed Ti'un on my last pet, but at no point did I think that I would lose. It was just a slow whittling down with Arcane Blasts and Focused Beams.
One last thing, these pets were all faster than Ti'un.

Slicing Wind/Cocoon Strike/Glowing Toxin.
Round 1 : Glowing Toxin - Turtle : Tidal Wave
Round 2 : Slicing Wind - Turtle : charges up Pump
Round 3 : Slicing Wind - Turtle : Shell Shield
Round 4 : Cocoon Strike - Turtle : uses Pump, only to get it blocked

Crow did some important damage with
Call of Darkness + Nocturnal Strike

I was having issues with this guy after taking out all of the other legendary pets with little to no problem and tried something kind of odd on a whim (taking other people's advice on this page into account). So here's what I used to get him done, with all pets easily obtainable in Pandaria.
I opened up with my Rare Alpine Foxling Kit (level 23 at the time, obtainable from Kun-Lai), casting Dazzling Dance and then Howl. My pet died (or the next time I did it, got very close to death), but it wasn't a problem.
Next I switched to an Uncommon Skywisp Moth (level 25, obtainable from Timeless Isle) and used Reckless Strike for a good +/- 1k, then Cocoon Strike and Moth Dust, repeating until my moth died.
Lastly I used an Uncommon Shrine Fly (level 23, obtainable from Jade Forest and probably other places in Pandaria) and kept up Glowing Toxin until he finally died. I used Cocoon Strike on cooldown to keep my Shrine Fly alive and just used Slicing Wind when it was on cooldown (even though it rarely did any real damage, as others have said).
Hope this helps for those of you who, like me, didn't have the right pets leveled to get this guy down with the other stragedies!

I have just effectively 1-PETTED Ti'un:
I used a team of three moths (mine were Amber, Flamering and Ashwing), all with:
Alpha Strike
Cocoon Strike
Moth Dust
I started with Moth Dust on the Ashwing, and was lucky enough to sleep him.
Then I hit him with Alpha Strike, and, since he had been asleep, he didn't do anything.
After this, I used Alpha Strike again, and he used Pump Up for the first time.
Cocoon Strike, and I blocked the second Pump.
I then used Moth dust again, which sadly didn't sleep him, and he Pumped Up.
Since Cocoon Strike was on cooldown, I used Alpha Strike, and got hit for 1169 by Pump (The moth had 1481hp )
I then used Alpha Strike, and his Tidal wave hit me for 175.
I blocked the next Tidal Wave with Cocoon Strike, and used Moth Dust as he Pumped Up. However, Moth Dust missed. At this point I was on 137hp.
I used Alpha Strike, and he killed me with Tidal Wave.
When my moth died, Ti'un was on 2hp. 2hp!
Obviously, this might be hard to replicate, and there isn't space for a level pet in that rotation, but if you sleep him on the first round and arent too unlucky with crits and misses, you can easily 2-pet him. This was also the first time I'd ever killed him :)

I use Kun-Lai Runt, Chrominius and Snowy Owl (if needed). Please note the two possibilities for Step 2.
1. Runt: Frost Shock --> Deep Freeze --> Takedown
2a. Bring in Chrominius: Howl --> (if no Pump loaded by Ti'un) Bite --> Surge of Power
2b. Bring in Chrominius: Howl --> (if Pump already loaded by Ti'un) Surge of Power
3. If after Recovery Chrominius is still alive (not likely), Howl if able; otherwise, just Bite. Repeat until Chrominius is dead.
4. When Chrominius dies, bring Runt back in. Frost Shock --> Deep Freeze --> Takedown
5. At this point Ti'un is oftentimes dead, or you will be able to finish him off with one last Takedown. Keep using Runt until either Ti'un or Runt is dead.
6. Snowy Owl enters battle. Use Predatory Strike immediately as Ti'un must be below 25% health by this point. (If not, you've had incredibly bad RNG.)
Note: Deep Freeze is 100% guaranteed to stun if chilled, which Ti'un will be from Frost Shock, but Deep Freeze has to hit to get the stun, and the hit chance is 85%.

Ti'un the Wanderer

My favorite team for this fight:
Nether Faerie Dragon- Moonfire, Arcane Blast, Life Exchange, Arcane Blast until death.
Arcane Eye- Drain Power (awesome ability), Mana Surge. Use both as they become available and Psychic Blast as filler.
Arcane Eye- Drain Power, Mana Surge. Use both as they become available and Psychic Blast as filler.
There's something just so gratifying about those Mana Surge blasts (if you have your sound on). =)

I was having trouble using the three bird method. They would never do enough damage.
Here's what I did:
Unborn Val'kyr: Use Unholy Ascension.
Gilnean Raven: Nocturnal Strike, Peck.
Brilliant Kaliri: Predatory Strike, Peck
Round 1 with Unborn Val'kry: Unholy Ascension
Round 2: Bring out Gilnean Raven with Nocturnal Strike
Round 3: Peck
Round 4: Peck
Round 5: Peck
Round 6: Nocturnal Strike
Round 7: Peck (Raven Died)
Round 8: Brilliant Kaliri with Predatory Strike killed Ti'un the Wanderer

I was having trouble until I found
邦卡斯
does extremely well against him.
旋风击
when up.
躲闪
when he pumps up and is not stunned by
旋风击
.
贯日击
as a filler.
Should be enough to take him down solo.

A
神龛苍蝇
with
炽热毒素
is fanastic here, it can make the fight trivial.
Use it as your first move, then re-apply if the next move with kill you, bring out a second flyer and he should be down in 3-4 moves.
I used a combo of
神龛苍蝇
,
花园飞蛾
and
高地火鸡
, with no need for the Turkey, the Shrine Fly was Rare Speed, and Moth and Turkey Rare Balance.
The exact same combo and abilities can be used to down
咖菲
in the same manner with ease.

To defeat Ti'un the Wanderer I used the following pets:
Roach - Apocalyse (Did this today 03/07/2014 and it still works, roach has to live)
Spirebound Crab - Renewing Mist
Shell Shield
Qiraji Guardling - Sandstorm
Blackout Kick
Crush
Finished him offf with Roach - Survival
Good Luck!

Fastest way to kill this turtle is with single Moth. Your moth's speed have to be more than 263 to be able to cast first. Ninja type is not hitting hard enough so I recommend P&S (305/273). Types with P&S 289/289 are working too. Back line pets are not needed, but you can keep magic type with big single hit in back row so it may stay alive if you actually need it. Turtles Tidal Wave will kill other types from back row anyhow.
On first "round" use rotation Moth Dust, Alpha Strike, Cocoon Strike and Alpha Strike. Then rounds after that use CS to protect for hes Pump and hit with MD when it's ready. If hes shield is not up and he is not "Pumped" use AS even MD is ready to pull some additional damage and save MD's CD.
If your moth is under Cocoon Strikes block when boss casts Shield, PASS the next attack to winn time for MS's CD.
With this tactic you winn every second or at least every third fight so if you have more than 1 moth that you can use, fight is np.
EDIT: Blizz noted the problem on original rotation so they have changed/randomized it. At least now (15-16.3.2014) Ti'uns rotation is more or less random after 5:th round. You cant anymore protect your moth with CS when Ti'un is pumped as he does not release it on next round but any randomized round after that.

Beasts of Fable
The most effective team I've found so far for all of the beasts is
幼年瓦格里
,
克洛玛尼斯
and a backup of your choice. You should finish the fight within about 5-7 rounds. However, try to pick a good backup for each beast in case RNG is not on your side and you need a couple of extra attacks.
Start with your
幼年瓦格里
and cast
厄运诅咒
. Follow up with
暗影鞭笞
and then
邪恶飞升
.
* You may be able to do an extra
暗影鞭笞
but do
NOT
do more than 4 rounds (
厄运诅咒
,
暗影鞭笞
(x2),
邪恶飞升
). If you are killed the round that you do
邪恶飞升
and you have an extra cast use
暗影鞭笞
.
Don't swap your pet out manually as you will lose a turn.
Swap in
克洛玛尼斯
once
幼年瓦格里
is dead. Start off with
嚎叫
. Next use
能量涌动
.
厄运诅咒
will hit with both
嚎叫
and
邪恶飞升
up (either after
嚎叫
or
能量涌动
; doesn't matter). This should kill him, but if not, when
克洛玛尼斯
dies swap in your backup and finish him up. If
克洛玛尼斯
doesn't die after recharging,
撕咬
until either you or the beast is dead before you switch.
Special note about
云游者啼乌
: You will need your backup pet
most
of the time due to the mitigated damage from
甲壳护盾
.
吉尔尼斯渡鸦
is a good choice of backup but any will work; you shouldn't need more than 1-2 extra hits anyway.
** Edited to rephrase for all beasts. **

Gilded Moth and Onyxia Whelpling work wonders for this guy. Start with Gilded Moth (Alpha Strike, Cocoon Strike and Moth Dust) and use him till he dies which takes awahile because of Cocoon Strike and Moth Dust allowing for a blocking of the "bubble attack" that the boss does. When he is dead then go to the Onyxia Whelpling (Breath, Healing Flame and Liftoff) then Liftoff and Breath. I did not actually need the Breath because the guy was dead after Liftoff. I finished this time out with Dragonbone Hatchling (because I am short on fliers) but did not need her.

Man this one is near impossible, but just found the perfect WIN/WIN strat!
Battle pets to use: 1 beetle, 2 magic
1) Start with any beetle, and for your first move use Apocalypse.
2) Switch out beetle for a magic pet, I used 2 Nordrassil Wisps and just sit back until the Apocalypse timer gets to 1.
3) Before Apocalypse lands switch back to beetle pet and then viola, Ti'un the Wanderer dies and you win.
The reason this works is because Ti'un's attacks are weak against magic, plus using the Nordrassil Wisp's Soul Ward will make you invulnerable for one round. That is why I recommend 2 wisps, because you just keep switching them out when Soul Ward is on cool down. This makes waiting out 15 rounds very easy to do.
At the end of the match, one wisp was at 40% hp and the other was at 65% hp, the beetle was almost dead but it had enough to survive the last attack.
It is a cheesy and slow method, but it is a sure fire win.

It's possible to solo this with a single moth (any type).
1) Select the ability that does the moth damage instead of multi strikes.
In my case an
Ashwing Moth
.
2) Use cocoon strike to block it's Pump ability. You will have a turn to react to this.
3) Moth Dust will be used on CD and Alpha Strike as a filler.
It should only hit you with tidal wave, this hits the pets on the backline too.
Your main pet should survive this but your backline pets should have a bit of HP if you plan to level them on this encounter.

In-Depth for this battle:
17. Tiun the Wanderer: Nether Faerie Dragon (Exchange Life), Brilliant Kaliri (Predatory Strike), Sandy Petrel
This battle can be done with the Savory Beetle tactic used against Dos-Ryga, but sometimes it gets unlucky with him spamming the Wave-attack, killing your Savory Beetle...
Therefore, I have a new strategy for this one!
Nether Faerie Dragon (Arcane Blast 1-2, then Exchange Life when low and AB until this dies), bring Brilliant Kaliri in and Predatory Strike then Quills unitl this dies. Sandy Petrel now finishes the rest rather easily.
====================================
World of Warcraft, Pandaria Pet Battle Guide.
My fastguide is the notes I have made for myself to get through the dailys in Pandaria a little quicker. The order they follow is the most effecient way to get to all 22 if you look at the world map, starting from the Shrine of Two Moons.
With this guide you should get some nice Pet Battling stuff and make a
few hundred gold and 500 timeless coins on the Pandaria dailys every day.
Some days you get a pet worth (Auction house) appx 500-1500g in addition
to the usual stuff.
This should be all you need to conquer the dailys.
Good luck and happy pet-battling!

Bonkers
and
Arctic Fox Kit
, - he's only in for his
Dazzling Dance

Both Bonkers had
Jab

Dodge
and
Tornado Punch
equipped.
The Fight is pretty simple: keep
Dazzling Dance
up, use
Tornado Punch
on Cooldown, otherwise
Jab
and use
Dodge
to avoid
Pump

1) - Start with Sandstorm and then Rupture, spam Demolish until other two are of CD
2) Only use peck and dont expect this pet to love long
3) Call darkens, Nocturnal Strike and spam Peck
Will try and see if i can exchange for something better in the future

I don't have a lot of the pets used for the strategies in some of these fights. So I used a modified version of the strat (that I have yet to get to work) on Gorespine.
* Terrible Turnip (or anything with Sunlight) - cast Sunlight, then team heal with Inspiring Song, then hope you live long enough (usually don't) for another team heal
* Shrine Fly - Glowing Toxin (which will do double damage due to Sunlight), then Scratch until you can refresh Glowing Toxin, repeat until Fly is dead
* Sporeling Sprout - Crouch to lower damage, Creeping Fungus for some self heals, Jab Jab, Crouch, Creeping, Jab Jab Jab
Even with a couple of misses it worked. Barely but it worked. Sporeling survived with about 10% left. Got a couple of lucky hits in where Ti'un forgot to refresh shell. More than 1/2 of the damage was done by Sunlight+Glowing Toxin.

My experience to get this down.
I used 3 flying Pets
:
1627
Rare
Forest Moth
Using Alpha Strike m Cocoon Strike and Moth Dust. Started with Alpha Strike and going on a random Rotation taking in count Ti'un's Turns and what is on cool down on its side.
1465
Rare
Garden Moth
Using Same Abilities and I could take him to 24 HP immediately but unfortunately I needed my Third Pet who finished him up with his poison Ability.
1546
Rare
Shrine Fly
I have used only Glowing Toxin to finish the remaining 24 Health of the Wanderer
worked for me and finished in no time.

Apocalypse always manages to miss now.
I tried a strategy with Feline Familiar for Prowl + Call Darkness and 2 bats. I think if you get lucky with RNG you will probably drop it this way. Unfortunately, I got unlucky.
The strategy that I finally used that seemed the most plausible to repeat is Mechanopeep for Wind Up + Rebuild (keep spamming both abilities) followed by Menagerie Custodian and Dark Moon Tank for Lock On (keep spamming lock on).
Mechanical pets have by far the best survivability and most damage in this fight other than magical (of course).
I would say that the best strategy would involve a high survivability, high damage output magic pet. I just, unfortunately, do not have any of those.

Simply cast Interrupting Gaze on cooldown and fill the rest with Focused Beams.

Yes he's much harder now but after several tries I downed him with my first 2 pets, effervescent glowfly and amber moth. I hit him several times with toxin and scratch and used cocoon with glowfly on his second round of pump. When glowfly was dead and amber moth came out, it finished him off with judicious use of its cocoon, alpha strike and moth dust.

I didn't have a quest or anything when I saw this fellow. I just looked at his abilities, then put together a team.
At first I tried with two Wildhammer Gryphon Hatchlings and Murkalot. That got him down to 900hp, since he one shots my pets.
Since he is weak against Magic pets, I just used a Savory Beatle to get apocalypse going. Then switched to a Twilight Fiendling. The Twilight Fiendling can withstand 10ish rounds if this fellow doesn't shoot use his pump ability all the time. I used a Strand Crab as my third pet, because of the high health, but the crap lastet only one round. Used Survival, and that worked out.
I suppose a few hard hitting magic pets might to the trick, but using apocolypse might be the easiest way

Chrominius finished him off with Howl, then Surge of Power.

My combination that worked, barely: 1. Highlands Turkey, only using the Peck. 2. Muckbreath, starting with Rip, followed by Blood in the Water and Water Jet (whole routine repeated as necessary). 3. Have tried all the above with varying success, but finally lined up Nexus Whelpling (P/P), Nether Faerie (P/P) and Lofty Libram (H/B). Used Mana Surge and Arcane Storm until the Nexus Whelpling goes down, then Nether Faerie, Life Exchange and Arcane Blast. Don't bother with Moonfire as it mostly gets blocked. Finish with Lofty Libram's Inner Vision and Arcane Blast. Hope this helps somebody as Tu'in is a bugger to beat!

In this order
Yellow Moth - Slicing wind, Cocoon, Moth dust
Minfernal - Crush, Immolate, Explode
Arcane Eye - Psychic blast, Drain power, Mana Surge
Run moth till its dead.
Bring up Minfernal. Spam Crush till Minfernal's health is about 25%. Use Explode.
If Ti is still alive, finish with Arcane Eye
I have killed Ti many times and never had to use the Eye.

I killed him with L20 Unborn Valkyrie (Unholy Ascesion) and some L25 Moth. Of course, I needed luck and Moth Dust to proc and put him to sleep twice and that was enough.
Cocoon Strike was useless because he didn't follow up with Pump 2/2 (as I would have wished) but always canceled it with Tidal Wave. Sleep worked great.
