you can obtain the restored coffeer keys. With these keys you can unlock the bountiful coffer within a bountiful delve.

There was a world quest up in Azj-kahet that said it was only completable at level 80, but when I went there, my level 71 alt was able to do it and thus received this cache. This cache that I can't open until level 80. Talk about disappointing.

If we can't even get the reward on a low level alt, then the WQ shouldn't appear.

I wrote to a GM about the Seasoned Adventurer's Cache not giving me any adventurer gear and his reply seemed to completely contradict what the tooltip states.

GM's reply:

Essentially what the tool tip is trying to say is that the reward contained in the cache, like in many other cases, is based on chance. The first two caches of the week always have a chance to drop adventurer gear, but this also overlaps with the chance to drop a key, since keys will drop for the first 4 caches of the week, meaning that in your first two caches opened during the week, you can either get a key or a piece of gear. It is entirely possible that you get only keys.

The tooltip doesn't remotely say that, so I assumed either Blizzard completely changed the item logic and forgot to update the tooltip, or it's just bugged the AI bots - sorry GMs - are just making stuff up.

Either way, doesn't work as described.

I keep getting trinkets anytime I get gear from these.. Is anyone actually getting armor pieces? Wondering if these are just wonky until S1 starts or something.

I'm also wondering about the exact wording on the tooltip referring to '...caches you EARN..' note that it doesn't say 'that you OPEN'.

I'm wondering if earning blue caches first from doing various events instead of the epic caches has any impact, i.e. even if you OPEN the epic ones first if you EARNED the blue ones first does that make a difference. Sure would be nice if Blizz would just put out a statement outlining EXACTLY how these operate as I think the wording in the tooltip is not 100% accurate (or maybe change them to operate as the tooltip says; that'd be even better).

Restored Coffer Key can be obtained, 4 each week (per character), through weekly caches, such as Pinnacle Cache, Seasoned Adventurer's Cache, Radiant Cache, or Awakened Mechanical Cache.

They can also be obtained by combining 100 x Coffer Key Shard which can be obtained through multiple means, but mainly World Quests and Worldsoul Memories.

There was an old item that is no longer the correct item number which might be causing confusion: Coffer Key Shard, which was never available on Live servers, but I have seen linked multiple times with some confusing comments.

These should honestly be granting loot whether it be green rare or epic quality. Just currency after the 2 initial is quite pthetic considering you are not guaranteed a new item worth equipping which has been the case with me on my Main. Just the same item I have looted the week prior or I have a better item level piece already in that slot. Making it a green blue or epic item guaranteed with the currency would be better suited.Perhaps this will change like the Dragonflight Cache system where players got flooded with that much loot it made gearing so easy or maybe not they might stick to this Direction and that's fine there are other outlets for gear at the moment.

Wasn't there one of these available in each zone to earn but after the reset on Tuesday September 17th there is only one available in a zone? Am I missing something?

If you haven't reached level 80 yet, you will still get these from the world quests as reward. You will just have to wait until level 80 before you can open them.

On my Blood specced DK with loot set to Blood these dropped me a one handed mace. As far as I'm aware one handed weapons are not on the Blood loot table. Highly frustrated.

So as a 670 Devestation Evoker on patch 11.2, I ended up getting a 662 Candle Confidant trinket. It was adventure 3/8.
