Complete World Quests at the opposite faction's continent to increase your reputation with the 7th Legion and The Honorbound. Reputation with both those factions is used to advance through the War Campaign (Alliance / Horde), unlock a new Dungeon, and eventually unlock the Dark Iron Dwarf/Mag'har Orc Allied Races.

Complete your Emissaries before they expire! Unlike Legion, you'll know exactly what reward you're getting, which even could be a piece of Azerite Armor!

Check the remaining World Quests and Dungeon Quests to see what their rewards are. We recommend looking at Gear Pieces (especially trinkets) for upgrades, Artifact Power and Risorse di Guerra.

You can also use a Contract to slightly increase reputation gains for a specific faction you're not Exalted with yet. Contracts grant you an extra 10 Reputation to the faction of your choice with every World Quest completed, and last for an entire week!

As of Tides of Vengeance, Battle for Azeroth factions now have Paragon reputation - You can continue earning reputation after hitting Exalted with them. Every 10k past Exalted will grant you an additional chest with a moderate amount of Gold, Risorse di Guerra and Artifact Power!

You can now purchase a maximum of two coins per week, and carry a maximum of five coins at any time.

You can now coin your Mythic Keystone dungeons! At the end of a Mythic+, the regular pop-up will appear and ask if you want to use a coin.

As a consolation prize for not receiving gear, you will receive 500 Artifact Power for your Cuore di Azeroth.

Alga d'Ancora: Gathered by herbalists, his rare herb is used for all Flasks in Battle for Azeroth. Flasks are also used on the new cauldron used in Battle for Azeroth, Calderone Mistico.

Salmone di Mezzanotte: This rare fish can be fished anywhere in Kul Tiras or Zandalar, and is more common through the late hours of the day. Midnight Salmon is used for the new feasts in Battle for Azeroth, Banchetto di Bordo and Banchetto Abbondante del Capitano.

In interface on pvp tab it says 280 ilvl fear :( not sure if it worth to go for that cap

From what I've read, rares in the Warfront zones will reset every time the zone changes hands: so the next time the Alliance takes control of the Arathi Highlands, you can loot the rares again for a chance for gear (currently 340 ilevel), toys, or mounts. Maybe note that?

PvP reward is a 280 weapon for caster ..... and I only play tank ..... thanks blizz.

Also for alchemy is worthless it feels like. Sure you can make a and some super useless trinkets but thats not nearly enough reason.

You need to update the guide Neryssa:

On the Islands Expeditions part, you only get 150 azerite per normal clear, 225 for heroics and 300 for mythic/pvp clears. Not those thousands you posted, those are for the scenario (and weekly quest if you're a level 120) only.

Also, unless Blizz changes it, you can farm 800 resources per warfront cycle, once your faction finishes the scenario phase, and takes control over Arathi, there will spawn 6 quests at the mage near the portal to and from Arathi, 4 of which gives 200 resources each.

It's just a matter of not doing every mission at the mission table on every toon, just the ones they really need.
