Kazzak loot starts off at ilvl 705, and it can be upgraded +10 ilvls for 0 Valor, for a maximum ilvl of 715

Kazzak loot has a small chance to be Warforged (+6 ills), which means a base ilvl of 711 and an upgraded ilvl of 721.

Baleful Tanaan Jungle Loot (650-705)Apexis Crystal

Available slots: All slots, the downside is that you can’t control the random stats you receive, outside of basic guidelines for your loot specialization.

You will likely accumulate Baleful tokens from killing mobs in Tanaan Jungle, but tokens can be purchased for 0 Apexis Crystal (weapons 0 Apexis Crystal) and several BoA versions are available from Shipyard Treasure Missions.

Baleful Tanaan loot is likely to be ilvl 650, and it can be upgraded +10 ilvls for 0 Valor, for a maximum ilvl of 660

In addition to item upgrades via Valor, you can fast-track your Baleful gear, regardless of its starting item level, to ilvl 695 via Empowered Apexis Fragment for 0 Apexis Crystal.

However, new to 6.2.3, Baleful Tanaan loot can start off at any ilvl between 650 and 695, in increments of +5 ilvls. The chance to get a particular ilvl decreases as the ilvl increases—getting an ilvl 695 item will be rare.

With an ilvl 695 item, you can upgrade it +10 ilvls for 0 Valor, for a maximum ilvl of 705.

Mythic Dungeon Loot (685-735)

Available slots: All slots, most dungeon loot is shared but there are a handful of drops unique to each dungeon.

Mythic Dungeon loot in 6.2.3 is likely to be ilvl 685, and it can be upgraded +10 ilvls for 0 Valor, for a maximum ilvl of 695.

However, there is a new Warforged system in 6.2.3, where Mythic Dungeon loot can range from ilvl 685 to 725 in increments of +5 ilvls. The chance to get a certain ilvl item decreases as the ilvl increases. This is a different system from the usual +6 ilvl Warforged system.

If you luck out with an ilvl 725 dungeon loot item, you can upgrade it +10 ilvls for 0 Valor, for a maximum ilvl of 735. This is equivalent to the ilvl of Mythic Archimonde loot.

Running Mythic dungeons is more popular in 6.2.3 because it is the best way to get Valor: 300 for clearing each mythic dungeon the first time per week, for a total of 0 Valor per week.

Mythic dungeons also have a small chance to reward players with a powerful heirloom trinket which will scale to level 110 in Legion: Judgment of the Naaru, Orb of Voidsight, Infallible Tracking Charm, Purified Shard of the Third Moon, Gronntooth War Horn. These trinkets have useful effects against Demons, which also make them handy for several Hellfire Citadel bosses including Archimonde. These trinkets are ilvl 715 (different than other mythic loot), are BoA, but cannot be upgraded.

Hellfire Citadel Loot (675-751)Heroic Archimonde

The loot dropped by the bosses increases in item level as you progress through the instance:
Hellfire Assault, Iron Reaver, Kormrok, and Hellfire High Council drop ilvl 690 Normal, ilvl 705 Heroic, ilvl 720 Mythic loot.

Kilrogg Deadeye, Gorefiend, Shadow-Lord Iskar, and Socrethar drop ilvl 695 Normal, ilvl 710 Heroic, and ilvl 725 Mythic loot.

Fel Lord Zakuun, Xhul'horac, Tyrant Velhari, and Mannoroth drop ilvl 700 Normal, ilvl 715 Heroic, and ilvl 730 Mythic loot.

Archimonde drops ilvl 705 Normal, ilvl 720 Heroic, and ilvl 735 Mythic loot.

Hellfire LFR loot is ilvl 675 from earlier bosses and ilvl 685 from end-wing bosses.

The heroic Iron Fleet Treasure Chest is awarded for completing Emissary of War during Draenor Dungeon Event. but that won't be active until late December.

The normal Iron Fleet Treasure Chest is awarded for completing A Shattered Path Through Time during Cataclysm Timewalking Dungeon Event, which is active right now.

Your Shipyard offers a Hellfire Citadel cache and the difficulty is determined based on your level of progression.

Crafted Loot comes in six stages. Armor ranges from 640 to 715 in increments of +15, Weapons range from 630 to 705 in increments of +15.

Season 2 Gladiator PvP gear is now available for Honor. This gear is ilvl 700 in PvE combat and scales up to ilvl 730 in PvP content. It is sold by Amelia Clarke and Cladd Dawnstrider. This gear cannot be upgraded or Warforged.

This gear is identical stat-wise to Season 3 PvP Combatant Gear--just the colors are different. This gear is sold by Li "Crunchpaw" Tsang and Tae'loxe Soulshrivel.

This is a good way to get a solid epic weapon as there are no requirements to purchasing these weapons besides grinding out the Honor.

Season 3 Warmongering Conquest Gear is ilvl 710 and costs Conquest Points. A piece can also be obtained via Champion's Strongbox, which is acquired from completing Ashran Dominance (win Ashran and 4 events) and winning 3 rated battlegrounds (Battle Hardened). Gold Strongboxes can also be awarded for winning battlegrounds with 1500 points.

If you are not a PvPer, trying Ashran (use Mercenary Mode if queue times are longer) is a good way to accumulate some quick Honor between Bonus Events and initial quests.

Available Cataclysm Timewalking slots from Kiatke: Bracers, Ring, Trinket, Chest, Belt. These all cost 5 Timewarped Badge each, except trinkets which are 50. These are ilvl 675 if you purchase them at level 100.

Completing your first Timewalking dungeon awards Smoldering Timewarped Ember which starts the quest The Smoldering Ember/The Smoldering Ember for 0 Timewarped Badge. This easily can cover buying all the new Timewarped vendor items.

Bosses also have a chance to drop Timewarped items which are normally ilvl 660 but have a chance to be ilvl 675. This gear cannot be upgraded further.

agreed the pvp geras are good way to increase your ilvl except trinket.
especially season 2 cp gear since you can get them with honor now!
but prepare for insta kick in pugs for no reason!

This guide doesnt include the elitist req that pretty much every group has. If you dont have the ring and AOTC achieve groups wont take you unless you pay them. The groups that dont care about those will pretty much fail.

Yeah they need to remove the kick system..it just excludes people..then they unsub cause they cannot play the game and gear like everyone else..thats one of the reasons I left that and the proving grounds which locked me out of heroic and legendary..there was nothing for me to do but normal raids..and try to get my gear that way..its really an unfair system..
