Flourish HoT rate decreased to 25% (was 100%). Duration reduced to 6s from 8. Cooldown reduced from 90 seconds to 60 seconds.

Cenarius' Guidance (Rework): Now causes Tree of Life form to spawn a Grove Guardian every 10s, and the cooldown on Incarnation: Tree of Life is reduced by 5s every time one fades.

Most base spells buffed including Rejuvenation, Wild Growth, Swiftmend, Cenarion Ward and Regrowth. A few talents nerfed including Spring Blossoms, Embrace of the Dream and Grove Guardians. These aren't major losses for the most part since we'll be spawning far more Grove Guardians than before.

Luxuriant Soil proc chance cut from 3% chance to 2%.

Circle of Life and Death replaced by Liveliness (Similar idea but doesn't reduce HoT duration).

Innervate duration cut by 2 seconds.

Wrath and Starfire damage buffed by 90%. This will still feel like a fairly unimpactful damage change since while the buff numbers are big, the spells were so weak before that they're still just ok now. You're more likely to find this impactful in Mythic+ than raid.

Impact of Dragonflight Season 3 Tier Set for Restoration Druid

(2) Set Bonus: You and your Grove Guardian's Nourish casts now heal 2 additional allies at 40% effectiveness.
(4) Set Bonus: Consuming Clearcasting now causes your Regrowth to also cast Nourish onto a nearby injured ally at 200% effectiveness, preferring those with your heal over time effects.

This is a relatively powerful, but awkward Druid tier set. You can expect about 7-8% from the 2pc bonus and 3-4% from the 4pc bonus. Playstyle wise the 2pc is quite passive, though does further favor talents that give us more Grove Guardians like Cenarius' Guidance. Note that while our bonus is Nourish-based we'll never actually take or cast the Nourish talent. Instead we'll be getting all of our value from Grove Guardians. The 4pc encourages good Omen of Clarity usage and it'll be worth getting a weak aura to track it.

Multiple references to Convoke being nerfed, but was it nerfed? I saw that Incarnation got buffed up, which might make Convoke a weaker choice in comparison, but that isn't the same as a nerf. Just wondering if I'm missing a mechanical change to the spell.
