Stealth - Makes you invisible to enemies and allows the use of stealth specific abilities/effects.

Vendetta - This is your main offensive cooldown. This ability is best utilized when you have full bleeds/poisons on a target who's locked down by Kidney Shot.

Mutilate - This ability is your main combo point generator, it awards two combo points.

Shiv - Dispels all Enrage effects, applies an amplified non-lethal poison on your target, and increases all nature damage on that target by 20% for 9 seconds. It also reduces healing received by that target by 40% for 9 seconds if specced into Hemotoxin. It should also be noted that you usually want to use this on your 'go's' while your target is locked down in a Kidney Shot in order to get the maximum pressure out. Awards one combo point.

Ambush - This ability provides solid physical damage, it awards two combo points. Can only be used from Stealth or under the effect of Subterfuge unless specced into Blindside.

Envenom - This ability is your primary damaging finisher. You should be using this ability every time you reach five combo points unless you have to reapply Rupture.

Rupture - One of your main bleed damage abilities, keep this up on your target at all times.

Garrote - Silences your target for 3 seconds when used from Stealth or under the effect of Subterfuge and is another one of your main bleed damage abilities. Keep this up on your target at all times.

Slice and Dice - Increases your attack speed by 50%, keep this up as much as possible.

Poisoned Knife - This ability is very useful for applying your poisons on your target and generates one combo point which is useful for avoiding a combo point 'overload' (I.e. if Mutilate is used at 4 combo points you ultimately lose out on a combo point).

Fan of Knives - This ability is extremely useful for spreading poisons to multiple targets at once and generating multiple combo points in one global. If the enemy team is stacked or if there are multiple enemy targets on top of you, it's wise to utilize this ability.

Kidney Shot - Stuns your target for 6 seconds at five combo points. As Assassination, this will primarily be used on the kill target as opposed to utilizing it on the enemy healer for crowd control.

Cheap Shot - Stuns your target for 4 seconds and can be utilized on the kill target or to set up a teammate for crowd control on an enemy healer. Cheap Shot can also be used to peel for your team if needed. Awards one combo point. Can only be used while in Stealth or under the effect of Subterfuge.

Blind - Disorients your target for 8 seconds and can be used to force a PvP Trinket from the enemy team.

Sap - Incapacitates your target for 8 seconds. Can only be used on a target that's out of combat while you're in Stealth or under the effect of Subterfuge.

Defensive Abilities:

Evasion - Increases your dodge chance by 100% for 10 seconds. This ability is very useful for avoiding physical damage.

Cloak of Shadows - Instantly removes all existing harmful spell effects and makes you immune to said effects for 5 seconds.

Feint - Reduces AoE (Area of Effect) damage taken by 40% for 6 seconds. Feint also reduces all non-AoE damage by 30% when specced into Elusiveness.

Passive Traits:

Seal Fate (Passive) - Grants an additional combo point per Critical Strike.

Cut to the Chase (Passive) - Extends the duration of Slice and Dice by 3 seconds per combo point spent on Envenom.

Venomous Wounds (Passive) - Regenerates 8 energy each time your Garrote, Rupture, or does bleed damage to a poisoned target.

Basic Openers/Burst Rotation/PrioritiesIn order to get the most out of Vendetta it's best to have full bleeds on your target and Slice and Dice up before popping it.It's best to use Poisoned Knife on your target if you reach 4 combo points and don't need to re-apply Garrote or Rupture/Slice and Dice yet. As previously mentioned; this makes it so you can avoid a combo point 'overload' (I.e.
