A very bold, unique and ultimately inspiring allied race made by blizzard. Truly listening to the community by introducing a *checks notes* THIRD dwarf race. Astounding.

oh they are so ugly....most likely never gonna play them, but will gladly laugh at others that do..i might make a brown one with yellow crystals to look like a turd with corn..

Okay, because whoever made this just copied and pasted it from a month's old article with wrong information, do yourself a favour and hover over the tooltip of the Earthen unlock achievement. It's Merrix and Steelvein not Hope, An Anomaly that you need to do. That was changed like a month ago or more. Nice one WoWhead.
Earthen could of been saved if blizz just gave them Australian accents.. imagine instead of the *literally* most boring, dull accents and voice lines they received... they had entertaining and funny jokes and stuff all with an Aussie twist.. THEY ARE LITERALLY FROM DOWN UNDERTruly has gone down as one of the biggest missed opportunities in wow's 20 year history. Just a shame.
We could have had some actual interesting allied races like Sethrak, Jinyu/Ankoan, but no we get another dwarf that could have just been a customization setting for the current ones.
We don't need 50 Dwarf and Elf races, it would have been vastly more interesting to add Kobolds, Troggs or anything else interesting to the mix.... But no we add another recolor of Dwarves.....Heck you could argue these shouldn't even be different races in the first place but just a Background option you pick when you select Dwarf as race like you do in other RPG's or more simply just a new skin.

I think it's hilarious that they have these requirements for what is almost certainly going to be the second-least popular Allied race in the game, with Mechanognomes being #1.
they should make an MOP Remix vendor that sells beards to women. And then not release it. Then, everyone can be happy. Joking aside, none of my characters have beards. I don't like beards. I didn't check ahead of time, but i hope there's at least one option to have a female Earthen without a beard. Not because I care about women with beards for some weird reason, when I have women who can turn into birds and women who are wolf people and fox people. Just because I don't like characters with beards.
