Bag of Tricks comes with 2 Tricks pre-installed:

腐蚀之瓶: Deal Nature Damage
治疗瓶: Heal with Nature Magic

By using 翻找背包, you can change the element of your 袋里乾坤 once you discover new ones, which will be helpful for classes that do increased damage/healing with certain spell types.

Currently, there are 3 alternatives known. None of the drops are 100%.

怒火之焰: Deal Fire Damage - Drops from 拉格纳罗斯 in the Firelands.
不祥暗影: Deal Shadow Damage - Drops from 古加尔 in Bastion of Twilight.
神圣遗物: Heal with Holy Magic - Drops from 熵魔 in Sunwell Plateau.

The Item is not account-wide, you must farm the item again if you want it on alt.

Getting the alternate version of this is incredibly frustrating - I've done all three raids on all applicable difficulties since the first week of 8.3, and I'm still yet to receive a single one (that's 32 chances in-all). A hugely disappointing RNG-fest for a visual augmentation to what is already a lacklustre and not even worth using racial. Absolutely symbolic of BFA of an expansion - an RNG-fest. Thanks Blizzard.

Someone know which one is the best ? Is it worth to farm Ragnaros to replace the default spell or that don't change anything about dps ?

Patch 9.2 - Seems to be nerfed and applies to only 3 people
Patch 11.1 - Nerfed to single target and grants small movement speed buff (20%) for like 3 secs

Tried this racial with an Assasination Rogue on dummies and, so far:
- This spell ignores damage bonus from CDs (Vendetta)
- While the base Bag of Trick is listed as Nature damage, it ignores also bonuses affecting that school (i.e. Toxic Blade)
- It's single target only, it doesn't deal AoE damage even if you stack target with other units on the same pixel.

A bit underwhelming, even if it's still a racial. It can help with filling dead times on your rotation or provide a small free heal, though.

Macro for anyone who wishes to use it as a versatile mouseover heal/harm button. Can be tweaked/downscaled, but it all fits and works perfectly fine:

NOTE: Bag of Tricks can be used in Ghost Wolf without exiting form, such as throwing a heal (or harm) on a random target while moving - you will remain in form regardless.

Currently playing a Vulp Resto Shaman. As of ilevel 460 with 13k Spellpower, throwing your Bag of Tricks at an enemy will hit harder (about 24-26k) than a standard cast of Lightning Bolt (16k), even critting for about 52k on a good dice roll, which is higher than a crit LavaBurst with Flame Shock (even with two traits of Igneous Potential). The racial is not an AMAZING button, but if you are playing a Battle Shaman rather than full on Healer McHeal Shaman, you're better off blasting with your usual Lava Burst to Flame Shock, double Consecrated Flame, then Bag of Tricks (before resorting to the usual Lightning Bolt spam while waiting for procs or resets). It's respectable, but the 1.5min cooldown lets it down a bit.

Haven't bothered testing the healing side of it very much, but I hear it CAN function as a light AoE so long as the target is stacked onto other people. Still, I'd prefer utilizing my actual CD/GCD's for healing seeing as throwing the vial will subject you to the global cooldown, but it can be handy as an on-move top-up that doesn't cost you any mana.

Is this news to anyone else ? my (Gal - hunter) ONE cast of vial Tricks seems to have healed three people ? am i overlooking something or , has vial always done this ?

For DPS classes that have a lot of downtime in their rotations, this racial is kind of a nice ability for a bit of extra damage. For classes that don't however, like casters, this racial seems very weak since it's on the GCD.

I wish they'd expand Bag of Tricks with more visual customizations. If my Dark Iron dwarf can have teleports all over the world via finding Mole Machines (which is an extremely fun racial from a flavor standpoint), I don't see why my vulpera scavenger would turn her nose up at more tricks and traps to throw at an enemy or gulp down in an emergency.

At the very least, they could take this off the GCD so you can macro it with your CD's.

Vulpera have some really nice QOL racials, but their damage is the worst.

No longer has AoE but has been buffed to be worth pressing, and now snares enemies and speeds up allies, much better than before.

Does it interact with anything in your spec if you use a correct element? Does it e.g. proc double the Queen Ansurek special ring damage twice?
