Entropius is a void god belived to be involved in the corruption of M'uru, the 4th boss in Sunwell (2.4)
Speculation points to Entropius appearing later in the M'uru encounter.

Well if you consider Naaru as life giving suns then when they die they become black holes. In other words they devour everything around them. This would tie in with whats happening.
Theories say that Naaru (beings of pure Light) never die. Upon what mortal creatures call 'death', the Naaru simply change state of being, turning into a complete opposite (beings of pure Darkness). If I were to guess, the fight with M'uru will have 2 stages - one when he (or maybe 'it'?) is still Naaru and after the party kills him - when he is Dark Naaru (for the lack of better word).
There is chance that the defeating of M'uru's dark form will somehow help against later fights. The Naaru was the source of all the blood elves' paladin magic, and even though they no longer need him, he might have some influence over the blood elves in the instance (if there are any paladin-like ones). Looks like promising Lore story here.
His name is derived from the word "Entropy" meaning the degradation of all matter and energy in the universe to an ultimate state of inert uniformity. The deterioration of everything.
Like Brutallus, Entropius is a demon, meaning
Elixirs of Demonslaying
can be used by melee dps (and now hunters) to burn him down.
Got nerfed with 2.4.3, now has approximately 10% less hitpoints.
Shadowsword Fury Mage
are also affected by the nerf.
The hitpoints of the
remained the same as before.
The name "entropius" is likely a derivation of "entropy," the amount of energy unavailable to perform work on a system, commonly construed to mean the level of "disorder" or "chaos" in a system.
There are a few inaccuracies about Entropius' abilities up at the top of this page.
First: Negative Energy does not increase in damage each cast, it hits 1 person for 2,000, bounces to another for 1,000, and a final for 500. What does happen though is that Entropius casts 2 Negative Energies every second and every 15 seconds, Entropius will add another cast, so at the 45 second mark, Entropius is casting 4 Negative Energies at once, while at the 75 second mark he is casting 6 Negative Energies at once.
Second: The Black Hole(Void Zone) does not summon singularities, they summon Dark Fiends which behave exactly as they did in phase 1 of the fight, and must be purged or dispeled immediately.
Finally: The Singularity is a separate ability entirely. It is a purple/green orb that has a long spawn animation in which smaller white/gray orbs circle around it for about 5 seconds before it activates, once it activates it will toss any players within 5 yards around in the air and deal 500 damage every second for its duration. The Singularity will target players that are 15 yards away from it and changes targets every few seconds. They last for 15 seconds after becoming active. It is imperative that the raid avoids these as they are more often then not what will cause you to wipe to Entropius.
hardest boss in BC
First defeated by Sk Gaming of Vek'nilash on the 4th of May, 2008.
Entropius makes his triumphant return as a boss in the Trail of Champions!
He can be summoned while fighting

Cool as hell looking.
End of Comment.
Two videos I made about Sunwell Plateau. It shows me (Nobbel 85 Paladin) and my buddy (Eponympf 85 paladin) duoing Kalecgos. We tried to duo Brutallus, but got our butts handed to us. Aliceinchain (85 Shaman) joins and we 3-man the rest of the instance without a problem.
I hope it gives you a few pointers.
Part 1 Kalecgos, Brutallus, Felmyst
Part 2 Eredar Twins, M'uru and Kil'jaeden
Had no problem soloing this as a BM hunter in MoP heroic blues
Just kill adds when spawn and use cd when Entropius spawns
Soloed this with my 85 blood DK in 417 ilevel gear including Jade Forest greens and auction house blues.
The fight is just tank and spanks. Kill M'uru first then finish off Entropius. Entropius is kind of annoying because of the black holes that throw you around but other than that the fight is easy. None of their abilities are worth worrying about.
Here's the video:
These two were the easiest fight in the instance. Nothing hit for >2K, and with Recup up I don't think my HP went below 99%.

My first run through SP since the 6.0 squish and "legacy" content changes ... and I apparently killed M'uru/Entropius too quickly. He did not have time to enact a single mechanic (other than changing phase to Entropius), nor did a single add have time to arrive.
He went splat, I got my loot as combat ended and then -- then I was stuck. The room's "combat lockout" barriers would not go away. I hearthed, came back to the instance after a brief afk ... still there. Discovered for the first time that (unless I'm missing something? a porting NPC?) there's no way to get back to the entrance of the instance because of how you get down to Brutallus/Felmyst, so I used the character-stuck 'death' to leave and come back. Went out, reset all instances, went back in ... barriers still there.
Really sucks to be on the last boss and get blocked due to bugs. I submitted a bug report about it, and will try to pick back up on my raid lock tomorrow night, but if anyone should happen to see this soon:
If you're a BAMF DPS, dps M'uru/Entropius slowly! Give him time to try and kill you, and hopefully you'll avoid blowing the mind of the combat detection.
Edit: The next day (something like, I dunno, 12-16 hours later) I was able to complete the raid as normal, with the extra bonus of M'uru/Entropius having respawned! Double the loot.
Didn't spawn for me as of today. Even waited for a while but nothing.
This bugged for me as well, submitted a report after he would not appear. Tried invis, raid reset without exiting game, raid reset with exiting the game (before and after), and another invis for good measure once I was back at his room. Hopefully they'll fix this soon! Moggers gotta mog!
The no show bug is alive and well in 2018.
I did bypass a lot of trash on my way through and when I got to M'uru's room I was unable to progress any further.
I tried various things including porting back to Shat, resetting instances, killing all the bypassed trash, relogging, resetting ui etc.
Nothing made M'uru appear.
No M'uru = no Entropius = barrier doesn't drop and no access to Kil'Jaden.
I am looking for a couple of mog items that only drop off KJ.
Oh well, I guess I'll try again next week.
We were unable to loot this boss yesterday. Everything else went fine.
