As soon as all five levers have been successfully activated at the same time, a message appears in the chat indicating that something is starting to rain in a nearby lake. The rare then appears in the western zone. It takes a while for the enemy to appear, so even the most distant players have enough time to fly to the combat area. He can drop 反刍的鼹鼠缰绳. You can also loot it if you are not 80.

Here's a screenshot of me looting it, on a level 70 character, that hasn't even touched the campaign or any quests.

So yeah, it's possible to get it that way. Just park your alts there, the kills are fairly quick, however be prepared for a farm. It's not a high droprate by any means.

Dropped on my 11th attempt. I am highly suspiscous that drop chance is much higher if you pull a lever. It was first time I made a group and pulled a lever. In previous groups it was similar case for some other folks.

Hey everybody, I dropped that Mount today and someone offered me a million gold for it, obviously i sold it :D
Now I'm a bit afraid im not gonna be able loot it again for myself, so does anybody know if u can loot this mount multiple times? (respectively if you can loot mounts from rares multiple times in gerenal?) -> i mean why would i be able to trade it of i cant get it multiple times, but wanna make sure :>

To offer some realism here: I got this on my 111th attempt. Around 100th attempt I announced where I was at, and two people in raid said they were at their 200th and 240th attempt - all 3 of us without mount drop at that point. Boss did eventually drop on ~30th attempt of the day on a lev70 char, so no reason to think it's not dropping because you're doing using lev70s, or you've done it too many times that day.

Based on seeing mount drop probably few hundred times, I believe in the 2% offered here. Most I saw per kill was 4 few times, basically always there were 2-3 drops in full raids, never 0.

Just don't fall in disbelief that this is something you can just go grab later when you have time in handful attempts. Right now is the optimal time as you can find groups pop up every 5 minutes. It won't continue like this when raid releases, and in 11.1+ you probably have to create your own group most of the time. In 12.0+ you'll be relying on discord channels to have your 2% chances. Earlier the better, as there's no guarantee you won't be one of us to whom this takes 100+ attempts.

First time I killed this which was a few minutes ago it dropped me the mount guess its was pure chance for me. Sad thing was tho that so many people were there to help spawn and kill it but no one bothered to post it in chat. Lucky I got there when it was near full HP and was able to alert a handful more people to tag it who would of been unaware which is quite the odd thing with chat in the last 3 expansions its gone to dead silence unless I bring up a topic or ask a question or I am announcing rares etc to help people. Otherwise nothing is ever said and its rather annoying to see. Just glad I don't have to repeat kill this rare for the mount now.

Can 100% confirm that you can get it on characters that have previously looted it. I received it for the second time today on my main. Just want to clarify for all the people asking if it can be looted twice on the same character :) Best of luck to everyone!

It appears that participating in lever activation might increase your chances of getting the mount.
Both I and another person who received the mount were involved in activating the levers. However, it's unclear if this is a confirmed factor or just a coincidence!

Seeing a lot of comments. Just because YOU didn't pull the lever doesn't mean it is not required. It says all 5 have to be SIMULTANEOUSLY pulled. So at least 5 other players pulled a lever to get the mini boss to appear.

Ah superb, a new bug, what a surprise.

For the last two days I've experienced a bug where 4 out of the 5 levers will be up, but then randomly 1 of them (and it's been various different ones) simply disappears. I've flown and manually expected the missing lever for myself when it happens (it took me 35 tries to get the mount so I know where they are) just to confirm it's not a player mistake. The only solution is for everyone to leave their group and re-make it and have everyone re-join that new group - this has fixed the problem every time it's occurred.

I feel like they have reduced the drop rate of this mount. I'm around 20 attempts in a group of at leat 5 people each time and haven't seen it a single time. When it used to drop a lot during release

Edit. 30 run+ and not a single mount. Either it's really bad rng, drop rate nerfed, or something is bugged.

It is good to note that you can do this with 4 people. Requiring that one is a druid because of flight form. getting levers 2 and 3 (the closest ones together) clicking on and then quickly flying over to the other lever. But of course, this is only a once a daily thing and since I've had almost 100 attempts on this guy, kind of a crazy rare.

**Reminder:** You can kill the rare **once per day *per character*** — so if you have a lot of alts, you can farm it on each one for extra chances.

To activate the encounter, you’ll need **all 5 levers pulled within 1 second of each other.**

copying my comment from lurker of the deeps post

So i found a way to spawn this and kill it but it will take some set up on your part, after that all subsequent kills are pretty quick.

the most important thing i realized is the levers have no level requirement to be pulled, so you can pull them on a level 10, the problem is just getting there.

so here is what you have to do:

1. create 4 trial accounts on your BNET, you dont need to be subbed on these, so you should have atleast 1 main (subbed) + 4 trial accounts, you need to open all 5 at the same time
2. Make allied races on each account (you can do regular if you dont have any but allied races have the ability to skyride as soon as they're created, so you'll have to level to 10 otherwise)
3.use the toy Delve-o-bot-7001 just like the levers this has no level requirement, i think yo can buy this from the TWW delve vendors if you dont have it
4. After using the toy you should be sent to one of the TWW zones (hopefully not karesh or undermine) now you can fly the character to one of the levers
5. While on your subbed account invite your characters that are on the trial account to a party/raid
6. after you fly the 4 trial characters and your main to each lever simply press all the levers as fast as you can (bind interact key in keybindings if you haven't makes this much easier)
7. kill rare and get the mount

Notes:
Since you need to have 5 wow clients open at the same time i suggest disabling as many addons as you can and making sure your wow is at the lowest graphic settings possible so your pc doesnt explode

the trial accounts can't loot the rare (or atleast when i tried i couldn't) so don't bother flying them over to the rare when it spawns

Make all the trial characters on different servers this way you can kill the rare multiple times

make a macro the invite all the trail accounts, example:
