Copying from the release notes:
The Pocket-Sized Computation Device is a trinket that players can customize via three Punchcard Sockets, into which players can insert one Red, Yellow, and Blue. Punchcards can be collected by questing, exploring the Mechagon zone, and advancing through the new Mythic-only dungeon Operation: Mechagon. Players will receive their Pocket-Sized Computation Device after completing the “Upgraded” quest, available shortly after landing in Mechagon.
So I m guessing these cards are going to be stats Int,Str,Agi or perhaps some combo of stats. Seems like its going to be a strong one.
(These have effects that proc that are beneficial during fights)

(Mana Regen proc)
(Chance to change your secoundary stats to those on your yellow punch card, and gives additional stats based on ilvl)

this thing doesn't have any intellect. Should I equip it?
is there any way to repurpose/scrap unwanted punchcards?
How do you build a second Pocket-Sized Computation Device? I have the one from the introductory quests in my bag and would like to build a second one, but that Pascal bot doesn't show the blueprint.... what am I missing?
Can its ilvl be upgraded at some point?
I am highly amused by mine. Ilvl 404
Without a card for your primary stat, it's going to be an uphill battle for this to replace say, my +359 intellect trinket with a big on-use haste buff.
This just seems like a worthless Trinket to me if you don't have your primary stat on it. I would need Intellect, or Agility for my Druid, in which I switch out specs from time to time. I am not going to replace a higher lvl trinket, say a 395 or 400 trinket for this. I did however make myself a
Ruthlessness Protocol Augment
from the robot in Mechagon and it gave me a 395 Trinket with +343 Intellect and a chance to proc 670 critical strike for 14 sec.
To add a Punchcard, simply Shift-right click the Pocket-Sized Computation Device.
Is there gonna be more items with card slots or this is gonna be to only one?
when I export to sim this or when I pull from online it does not include what is in the slots. Is there a way to pull that out so I can more accurately sim this trinket?
can i aquire 2x
? it would be awesome for since i changing roles every now and then.
Item level of the trinket is the average of the red and yellow punchcard (not blue). Item level of the overall trinket is what determines the power of the red and yellow effects.
Does anyone know the highest ilvl possible for this trinket?
Here is my current Pocket-Sized Computation Device set up.
Cyclotronic Blast: 415
Optimized Effective Logic Board: 424
Remote Circuit Bypasser: 404
Pocket-Sized Computation Device - Total: 420
I think I accidently deleted mine is there a way to get it back. I tried to look in the restoration service Blizzard offers but I couldn't find it in there. I know I only deleted a few weeks ago when I got an upgrade in a raid.
Is there any reason to keep this if you aren't equipping it?
I need tIo get into mechagon!
You add your stat with a punchcard my dps rocks im upgrading
Do the cards still Titanforge post 8.3?
The thing is useless for my enh shaman, since it would lose 413 - 435 agility.. I just tossed it, and all the punchcards in a bank bag for now.
I think this trinket is deceptively good if you build wants lots of haste. Most people swap the 404 haste card given for free for the damage channel. I've been able to upgrade this to 430 from the M0 drop and crafted yellow card. Simmed ST it was 300-500 dps over my 475 Wrathion trinket. Mind you it has limitations but if you dont have access to a mythic boss and you like haste I would recommend it.
If you delete it, you can make a new one at the robot where you make stuff. The "recipe" will appear and you will be able to make ONE, then the recipe will disappear... until you make one again. I think the new one cost me one SPARE crate and a battery
Punchcards don't seem to be scaling it properly in 9.0. Mine should be 83, but it's only 74.
