Pretty easy achievement to get:

First, you need to have the quest The Ember Count active during an assault. Then find Gubbins so that he can give you the parasol and go near the forge where you pick up the Soulsteel Ember from and /dance next to it. Do it five times and the achievement will be yours.

Little note, on the PTR, as soon as I entered combat with a parasol, anytime I /dance next to a forge, I did not get credit for the achievement. In order to get credit again, I needed to drop the parasol (right click on the buff) and pick one again from Gubbins.

How to get 佐瓦尔鬼步舞:

accept the quest 余烬生万物 (up during 格里恩突袭) assaults have 4 random quests
track the achieve to check your progress
take a parasol from 加宾斯, this npc appear in more than one location
go to near five different forges and /dance (need the parasol buff "Mawproof Parasol" to count the achieve progress)

Started working on 打破锁链 a month after 9.1 was released. Because of achievements like these pretty sure I'll get it along with people who went hard on day one & spent hours in Korthia maxing their codex rep within a month.

That's just not fair. Even 226 item upgrades were locked behind renown 61 so they didn't get that. Conduit upgrades were just changed to reward people who waited while people who worked hard early lost so many hours of effort.

The quest was finally available during the Kyrian assault on 9/17/21

Was able to grab the parasol from Grubbins. You do appear able to mount with it, so it was a quick and easy process to run to the five forges and /dance

You have to stay dancing for 4-5 seconds before it will count one of the furnaces.

You'll have fireworks pop up when it's counted.

The quest is up for the first time this week (9/17/2021).

It looks your character actually needs to preform the dance animation.
So you can't be in combat or on your mount.

Not only I did not get the mount by completing On the Offensive and Breaking the Chains but just find out Achievement isn't Account Bound because I just tried to buy the mount from the Death Advance on my alt and I can't :-(

A few quick notes on the availability of the achievement progress:

1) You cannot earn progress towards the achievement before you've talked to Xandria in The Maw to begin the Kyrian Assault.
2) You can earn progress without picking up the quest 余烬生万物.
3) Obviously, you can earn progress while on the quest 余烬生万物.
4) You can still earn progress after turning in the quest 余烬生万物.
5) If you've completed the entire Kyrian Assault before finishing the achievement progress, you can still earn your remaining progress and complete the 佐瓦尔鬼步舞 achievement, so long as the Assault when the quest has been active is still up.

Hope this helps in case you forget to get the achievement!

The Zovaal Shuffle achievement for Kyrian assault its finally up on US servers and will be finally up in 14 hours for EU ( which means you will be finally able to complete the Meta On The Offensive after recording 9 Kyrian assaults)
How to do the achievement:

Extra tip: if you have never changed covenant you can get all 4 mounts in 1 go just by swapping covenant, first covenant swap is without restriction

Its up on US and EU now, you can complete your achievment.
You dont need to accept 余烬生万物 to complete it.

use /dance near them to receive credit.

You're able to mount and attack while holding the Mawproof Parasol, so you can just rush to the forges and complete the achievement in a few minutes. Make sure to track the achievement, as you will need to dance near the forges for a few seconds for them to count towards completion. If you lose your parasol for any reason, just run back to Grubbins and pick another one.

Had issues not getting credit. Track the achievement and keep dancing at the forges until you get credit! It can bug out sometimes!

The achievement does seem to be a bit buggy. I was only able to get credit when I was dancing with a random NPC. I was tracking the achievement and never seen any credit when dancing solo. Wait a few seconds for it to activate too. Just keep trying. Walk out and back in and dance again while targeting an enemy or Gubbins.

Had no problem doing it. As a druid tho, I had to be outside any form.
Also - you can still complete it once you are done with the whole assault encounter (after flying with Xandria). Gubbins stays present, offering you the parasol.

You don't need to be ON the quest The Ember Count, but it does have to be available. Gubbins is going to give you a Parasol whether or not you're on the quest, and can be found near all the forges.

You have to dance until you see the party streamers and hear the sound of some kinda party spinner? This takes a second or so, you wont get credit until you see and hear it. You can't just run in, /dance, and run off immediately.

You can be in combat, but you can't use any skills/spells. Using any abilities will remove the Parasol. Commanding your pets to basic attack any nearby mobs does not remove the Parasol, so hunters, warlocks and mages can have a tank while they dance their hearts off.
