idk why people even want fresh era servers. maybe if it progs back into tbc or wotlk it will be sort of fun to play? but the majority of people are going to quit before they hit 60 like they always do and then all the era players will be stuck between raiding with the same 39 dudes and having no gear or just going back to running naxx gdkps in full bis and probably go back to era.all fresh servers will do is dilute the population of classic even more. maybe for hc its worth it but historically didnt onlyfangs like single handedly destroy the economy of HC. idk. im down for fresh era prog servers classic->tbc->wrath but if its just a fresh server of era then i doubt it lives past like 2 weeks.the other thing to consider is how many sod players will go to fresh era when they just finished spam clearing mc/bwl and how many cata players will want to go back to classic now that they've crossed the metaphoric retail rubicon lol
I'm not expecting a fresh Era server, but it would be awesome if we got one. SoD is at the point of raid logging and existing Era servers are unplayable with the GDKP infestation. Fresh leveling while continuing to raid log on SoD would be great timing.
Think we're missing info right now, but if this is fresh classic era phase 1 servers, like it should be, blizzard finally seem to know what they're doing and we should 100% be getting EU/NA servers.Fresh era to reset the economy is gonna save era long-term if they can't deal with all the bots and gold sellers.Hopefully they sack off the "season of x" disappointments for good cos they've been dead on arrival both times.If this is fresh phase 6 servers, they've missed the mark and they're pointless and I take back everything above
Still waiting for a single freaking TBC server. Oh well, maybe in 10 years they'll wake up again.
