Even with the new cahnges to agi, this is still the best enchant you can get for a hunter DPS on your helm and your legs.
Used to be decently hard to get, but now all you need is an idol from either the Bloodlord, or from Jin'do.
I think with the new changes to Hunter stats it makes this item even better then before. You figure the old conversion was 2 Attack Power = 1 Agility, with the alternative Head/Leg enchant which is +8 Agility, that's only 16 Attack Power. Now with the new conversion (1 Agility = 1 Attack Power), it's only 8 Attack Power, big difference.
With the new changes, this enchant has become all the more powerful. The 24 attk power is equivalent to 24 agility now. The 10 stam is just another 100 HP and we all love +% to hit. Insteady of being worth almost less than a +15 agi enchant this has become as good as or better than a +25 agi enchant.
The only problem now is that it is sooo much harder to get than the Cenarion Refuge's Glyph of Ferocity-
that it makes this item pretty much useless
well seeing as it says for horde or alliance, i think so, and im thinking its the same quest name for the both
Why would you choose +8 agi or +1% haste over +24 attack power or +100hp over +10 sta?
Well, maybe because you can pick up those enchants a heck of a lot easier. That's like asking "Why get the +5 resist fire/nature/etc. from Argent Dawn if you can get +5 resist all?" Because that's what I can get right NOW. In my case - I got the Libram of Voracity for 3g, a black diamond for 30g, collected the other parts, and BAM I get +8 agi to my head/legs. Wow, that was easy! And I didn't have to win rolls in ZG to do it! So I put it on my beaststalker helm.
It goes without saying that I'd pick this enchant over 8 agility for the giantstalker or dragonstalker pieces...but I don't have those. Even if I did, I could see getting the 8 agility on them (if it was cheap enough) until I could get this one.
It seems that the same ppl who claim hunters are useless have
1) NO IDEA WHATSOEVER how to pull in a group
2) Are ironically the same morons that fall for Feign Death in PvP
3) Are not aware of "The Perfect Zone of Ultimate Safety" (If you have to ask, you'll never know, unless you look it up on Wowwikki)

After looking at the bonuses is this really worth it?
+8 agi is what I'm comparing it too.
With Falcons Call you get 100 more life and 8 more attack power and +1% to hit. Not that hunter miss very often at all, esp when your looking at doing ZG runs frequently.
+8 agi is better crit and dodge chances, unsure of the exact numbers.
For a PvP hunter Falcons is superior but for a pure PvE hunter it's not much better if at all.
I personally use +8 agi enchants and when raiding I've got 4.5-5k life (buffed) at that point is 200 more worth it (2 falcons calls) Buffed I'm also looking at roughly 1400 attack power, at that point does 16 more make and difference? While the crit chance takes me from 23.66 to 24.03. Again not much but it's there.
Something to think on before drooling over this enchant.
Where in ZG is the NPC who will enchant this once you have the mats and rep?
If I remember correctly the enchanter are in the tower between the bosses mandokir/spider and the tiger.
1x Primal Hakkari Idol
1x Hunter Punctured Voodoo Doll
Can be applied to another character in trade?
if u read the other posts you would know
I know this is a "personal enchant" meaning you can only enchant your own gear. But what would happen if you applied this to a BoE head slot then handed that item to a twink? Has anyone tried this yet?
better then "only" +8 AGI on leg or head-item....but also more "expensive"....
The Falcon's call states that this enchantment can be given to the head or leg slot. My question is this: can you get the enchantment (say, for your head slot) then repeat it to get the enchantment to the leg slot?
OMFG HUNTER LOOOTZZZ!
im pretty sure a 29 can put it on a boe item.. am i right? like the leg armor? i guess ill have to look for some nice boe headpiece =))
Standard 30g for the Arcarum i guess... and another charge for this after you get regents?
To quote the item itself: "Does not stack with other enchantments for the selected equipment slot."
I asked a friend of mine who goes into ZG quite a bit if this was true...could you get this enchantment *and* the one from a regular libram as well (like +20 FR for instance) on the same pair of pants? He said no, despite what the Falcon's Call itself says... Any clarification?
hey whats the item like this called for a warlock?
can you do this enchant through a trade window to another hunter?
