An excellent OH for mutilate rogues. It's cheap and slightly better than its heroic instance counterpart (Barim's Main Gauche). There really is no reason for a mutilate rogue not to get this among his or her first JP pieces.

Edit: I should point out that I wrote this before T11 epics were available for JP. Still, this remains a very good pre-raid dagger if you can't or don't want to pay for a Scaleslicer.

If your looking for item to sink your "justice points" then Windslicer is the way to do it.
You can buy several if your on the cap and don't have anything else to spend your points on.
And after 2 hours you can sell them for 26g 2s 66c.

If you happen to be an Enchanter and are capped on points, any of the following items are good to buy to simply DE. Even if they implement the Justice Trades Good vendor they are considering, DE'ing one of these items still uses less JP.

The vendor is supposed to sell a shard for 1200 Justice Points. It's useful if you aren't an enchanter, but if you have the skill to Disenchant these, it makes more sense to do so.
