The crit and haste is nice, but the fact that this is 2.9 speed dooms it to being a weapon that people won't really want. The other alternative is better in every way.

very very sexy bow, an upgrade for anyone that doesnt have the heroic rag bow (except if you have the trash gun). I like the way it looks too.
Edit: for some reason it doesnt show that he drops this in the dungeon journal on wow but i can confirm that it does, seen it drop numerous times.

Edit 2: for survial at the time of this the raid finder Vishanka is 2nd bis based on simulations. However the dps loss/gain is minuscule by about ~70-100ish based on simulations.

For mm and bm the heroic counterpart of this is better than Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth . As MM you'll be shooting of your auto shots faster and they have 15% increased damage. And as BM it is usually better (depending on your gear)

Edit 3: I ran some simulations and it seems that the 410 HHA is better than the 403 vishanka for survival with a crit > haste > mastery priority. But since crit > mastery > haste yields the best dps you'd be losing dps by doing that, just a smaller portion.

So for SV: H Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth > N Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth > H Horrifying Horn Arbalest > LFR Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth > N Ruinblaster Shotgun > N Horrifying Horn Arbalest

For MM and BM: H Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth > H Horrifying Horn Arbalest >N Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth > N Ruinblaster Shotgun > N Horrifying Horn Arbalest > LFR Vishanka, Jaws of the Earth

as for Arathar, the Eye of Flame I cannot rank this because the dps gain would depend on your other stats. This is just specific scenarios where either ranged would be better: If the hit on the trash gun equates to mastery as survival then it is better. If the hit goes into haste on the trash gun then 1 crit is better than 2 haste for sure, meaning Arathar, the Eye of Flame would be the better choice.

Edit: as of 5.0.4 this info is incorrect. Now you would just go by ilvl and if they are the same ilvl you go by stats. With the double stats being on bows, it makes them have preference over the lower ilvl bows that used to be a higher dps increase. However the dps gain probably won't be noticeable.
