Lady Sylvanas Windrunner yells: Koltira! Your queen summons you!
Koltira Deathweaver says: Your highness, I deliver to you... Andorhal.
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: Enough of this insolence. Do you think that I'm blind to everything that goes on outside of the Undercity?
Koltira Deathweaver says: I... your majesty, we were victorious!
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: No thanks to you. Andorhal should have been ours days ago, when we defeated the Scourge.
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: I know your secret, Koltira. I'm aware of your friendship with the Alliance death knight, Thassarian.
Koltira Deathweaver says: Y... your majesty...
Lady Sylvanas Windrunner says: Arthas clearly failed when he created his death knights. You are still weak.
((At this point, Sylvanas opens a portal to the Undercity.))

Having the forsaken troopers in the cutscene kinda killed it a bit. Hopefully this glitch will be fixed.

The Enthralled Val'kyr and the Forsaken Troopers continue to follow you after you turn in the quest. Just a heads up, if you mount up and ride off they will pull any mobs that you ride past.

I pondered for a while how hard and yet awesome it would be to find a way to keep leveling and keep this hot sexy undead winged banshee momma of my dreams with me all the way to 85.... but one thing kept going through my head:

Sylvanas is doing what she believes is right. In these times, the Forsaken and the Horde need fearless leaders who don't have relations with the enemy and know when to strike at the enemy. Sure, this is extreme and I don't really agree with it, but I can understand why Sylvanas did it. And whoever calls the Forsaken a "soulless brood" really needs to check up on their lore.

I have the strangest feeling Thassarian will die (for good) at the end of this. I also have the strangest feeling Sylvanas will be put to an end as well. And that Koltira, who seems to be one of the few forsaken with honor, will become the new leader. Garrosh really despises those without honor, cowards who use cheap means to an end (forsaken blight/val'kyr) rather than fight with strength. Koltira on the other hand maintains his honor, not fighting with the cowardly Forsaken Blight. He is an honorable character and worthy of being a Horde faction leader.

I have played WoW since TBC came out, and was back then a Blood Elf Paladin. When i progressed in the story and quests, I really felt for the Forsaken. Sure, they where grim and cold-blooded even back then, but they also had a honourble mission.

Vengeance at the Lich King.

In Wrath, Sylvanas was mostly out of story, exept for the questline Taking Back Undercity and in HoR. Both these times i really felt, "Wow, she is not evil at all, she is only misunderstanded." The rest of the forsaken was the same, vengeance at the evil tyrant that had done this to them.

In Cataclysm, both Sylvanas and the Forsaken is almost even MORE evil than the Lich King. When you look upon Sylvanas and her deeds, even the chaotic warmonger Garrosh Hellscream seems to be the purest and goodest guy in the entire game. I have played the Undead quest lines, and everything that is left in Sylvanas heart is taking all of Lordearon by herself and turning it into a dead wasteland of plagued toxins and crawling ghouls.

Still, i really wonder what the Ebon Blade will respond at this. Even if Koltira is a Horde soldier, I think I have read somewhere that he is still an Ebon Blade knight. It would be an interesting storyline, the knights of the Ebon Hold storming Undercity to kill Sylvanas. I really hope so, becuse Koltira was a really cool character.

I actually think killing Sylvanas is the most important thing right now, becuse she destroying Gilneas is and ruin the Horde from the inside. I think most players would gladly execute her by themself.

I agree that Koltira doesn't deserve any sort of torture, but to say he doesn't deserve punishment at all? The argument that "he just didn't want to kill his friend" is nice, but it would only hold up if he had been a foot-soldier, or if he wasn't in charge. As it was, though, the queen had trusted him with many soldiers, the safety of whom he did not even consider when he made his truce with Thassarian.

Not only did he endanger his soldiers with this truce (remember that it was the Alliance that broke it), but he let down his guard and allowed his camp to be endangered, not by enemy soldiers, but farmers! What leader wouldn't punish him for that?

Still, I agree that Sylvanas is heading down a dangerous road; however, if people are right and she is going to die, then who would replace her? I cannot think of anyone the Forsaken would be loyal to as they are to her (though, maybe Nathanos Blightcaller?).

On another note, to say that Sylvanas is evil because she wants all of Lordaeron doesn't make sense, considering that the Alliance wants all of it as well. If she allows them to get a foothold in the land, wouldn't the Alliance just send supplies and troops there and continue to attack the Forsaken? I think taking all of Lordaeron is a strategically smart move on her part.

Dear Sylvie is not any more Forsaken than Koltira. She's a High Elf Banshee. I'm a big Koltira fan(girl), but I don't really want him become the new leader of the Forsaken. What he lacks is her long association with them. However, it is possible.

Whether you are with her or against her on the whole "Koltira" situation, you really should take a good look and admit:

She's playing a very dangerous game. Garrosh (oger-headed buffoon tho' he may be), aka The Warchief of The Horde doesn't trust her. The Argents are not going to be comfortable with this "Make new Forsaken" bit. Ebon Blade and Silvermoon very likely will not be happy with this "Koltira" bit. To say nothing of the Alliance reaction. In other words, it's dangerous to alienate your allies and provoke your enemies at the same time.

At this point it's impossible to say how many of the Forsaken are firmly behind Sylvanas, but the fact that there is one quest giver who is not is actually rather significant. All the, "Dark Lady watch over you" crap is no good in an argument, I'm afraid. Those are just racial statements pinned to every NPC who fits the model. It always amuses me that the Dragons at Wyrmrest spit out the statements for whichever race they use as their humanoid form...even when it's highly inappropriate.

The main reason I don't believe Sylvanas will get overthrown, at least not by the likes of Koltira, has nothing to do with the actual storyline. In short, Sylvanas is the token female faction leader of The Horde. I would advise her fans not to worry....unless the Trade Prince gets ousted by a female Goblin. If that happens, then by all means....worry.

However, this is one of the storylines that interests me the most. What does she really want with Koltira? It really seems to me that she set him up from the beginning. She should already know that trying to force someone to serve you is not the best idea.

You know, my older brother made an interesting point about all this.
As many may know, theres speculation that an Old god is laying underneath Tirisfal. She said the portal takes him beneath Undercity. Do the math you guys.
I don't know if thats actually the case, but its definately a possibility.
Gotta love that Old God manipulation.

I had Zen'kiki accompanying me on this entire quest chain since I still had the quest in my log to kill the diseased birds... and while it's fun to watch him miss Alliance soldiers with his wild wrath spells, he managed to park himself in front of the camera during the first part of this cutscene, blocking out both Sylvanas and Koltira.

... Zen'kiki really can't do anything right.

Hope he (Koltira) dies in the process, he's such a weak character. Who the hell gives their enemy time to regroup and attack when your soldiers are irreplaceable! This elf nearly cost them the battle. Sylvanas had to show up herself in disguise with a val'kyr to turn the tides.

i dont understand why people getting mad to sylvannas. if andorhal falls then undercity falls. this girly stupid death knight was playing with the future of the Forsaken.
