The 5 Forsaken Troopers are following me everywhere I go now. I do not know how to get rid of them. I hearthed to UC, there they were. I flew to Silverpine to start questing there, hopped off my flight, there they were.

At least I can't complain I am lonely. I hope they don't expect me to feed them or anything.

Edit: It seems after a certain period of time, they dissappear all on their own! Whew!

I bugged this quest by trying to be smart.

I got my troops and tried to circle around to attack from the rear liek they did us. I slipped off the hill and fell out of the zone everything phased away. When I came back into the zone my troops were gone, though the Vy respawned. When I reanimated troops it counted me as having five and refused to motivate them.

Abandoning the quest changed nothing. I had to abandon the quest, fly away to the bulwark and then fly back to Andorhal, get the quest and boom it would motivate again. Very buggy for it to remember things after its abandoned, probably a phasing tech glitch.

I have the Valkyr following me everywhere now and seeming to not go away. Kind of irritating as the Valkyr was all up in my grill during the cut-scene. I couldn't see anything!

After the Force-Commander mobs (packs of around 3-4), it helps to heal or bandage your troops & val'kyr. Some of my troops had only about 50hp left, and since they are treated as Horde NPCs and not companions, you are able to heal them.

I've done up through the meeting between Koltira and Thassarian. Sylvannas is no where to be found. I'm not sure what I screwed up but I could use some help.

There should really be a /heil emote ingame because it deserved to be bestowed upon The Dark Lady here. I literally squee'd when she appeared. You do not cross LSW and get away with it ;)

For what it's worth the Frightened Provincial Minuteman don't drop anything, but they do award xp. Add to that this quest gives you 6 helpers who run around and assist you by beating up targets, and you can farm up some decent xp/hour grinding here. I did a few test runs on a 6 minute increment then of course x10 for the hourly rate with my 42 Shadow Priest. The spawn rate was very consistent and quick, and I averaged just shy of 82,000 xp an hour (81,810 to be exact). From 40-43 that's about a level an hour, but the xp gain is prob decent to 45, or 46 since the mobs don't go grey until 47+. Not exciting perhaps, but when you consider that some people like grinding, and that all you have to do is apply 1 attack, or in the case of a caster a single dot, and your minions will beat up everything while you rake in full xp. It's worth considering.

The bug seems fixed now. If you lose your troopers or die, you can now just go kill more minute-men and motivate them with the Valkyr.

I also had no trouble skipping all the mobs in the center of Andohal by going around the Sorrow Hill side. Never lost my troops, nor the Valkyr. :)

I found the farmers to be rather useless. The best way to go about this mission is to head to the square and just carve your way down the left side (didn't do the right, but left was nice and easy). Once you get to the end you will see the mob on the ground dead. Run back and watch a rather evil scene by the Banshe Queen

Do NOT Die... Very bad idea. My troops died, my pet died, my Val'kyr died and I tried to run... but I died. Had to res, but troops were gone and was stuck in the middle of the defenders. Ended up taking res sickness and hearthing to Andorhal.

I tired over and over again to kill the npc's to complete the quest, but I kept dying.
I found it easiest to kill off a few npc's to make my way around the rest of them. It's a lot easier. (I went to the left side killed off a few of the front men/women and went through some broken down buildings, and made my way around the rest of the npc's to the other side to complete the quest. Never died doing it that way.)

Take my val'kyr again, <name>. With her by your side, kill these farmers, convert them to Forsaken, and mobilize them. Then take a group of them into Alliance-held western Andorhal and hunt down this death knight, Thassarian.
