This ability is insane. You basically one-shot yourself from 100% to 0% if you Barrage a Guardian Druid using this.

Patch 7.1.0 introduces a bug whereby "Rage of the Sleeper", an artifact trait of a Guardian Druid, will cause high damage reflection between tanks linked by Web of Pain in the Elerethe Renferal boss encounter of the Emerald Nightmare raid. This will kill your tank(s).
