Does this have to be planted in your own farm?

I just planted 4 carrots(+4 scallions) 5 minutes prior to getting this quest, So don't have room atm -.-

If you plan this, the quest can be completed on the same day you get it. The day before you hit the reputation required you plant the seeds you will need for the quest. When you then get the quest, all you need to do is harvest the plants in your farm and plant new seeds (if you don't need the plants you can dig them up with the shovel after getting credit).

Even if you did not follow ranu's advice, you can still complete the quest on the same day.
All you need to do is replant the carrots a couple of time. Each time you plant, there is a chance of getting an instant grown carrot. It took me 12 times to plant to get both harvests done.

gold amount recieved on here is incorrect, according to the ingame quest which i just started i will only recieve 19g 84s 50c.

This is preceded by Mung-Mung's Vote I: A Hozen's Problem and Mung-Mung's Vote II: Rotten to the Core, which seem to become available midway through honored with the tillers, or after some combination of reputation with various tillers factions/friendships.

The quickest way to finish this, IMO, would be to plant your Juicycrunch Carrot Seeds and destroy them with your Dented Shovel over and over, there is a small chance that you can proc an instant harvest. No need to wait a day. This took me about 10 minutes.

This is also a known way to grind rep, it just takes a long time at only 55 rep per harvest.

Tbh, it was really hard, would be nice to have a table with the percentages of what can happen when you plant one, I had to buy and plant something like 50-60 seeds, the equivalent of the kael'thas kills I had to do to get 1 ashes of al'ar drop, which is 2% with 50 kills, so slighly less with the kills I did, so like 3%, I assume, that you get a bursting scallion without having to wait a day for it, took almost 1 hour to get 2 of them, I can be unlucky ofc and the percentage can be higher, but really not that decent.

When you head back to Farmer Yoon's farm, a brief scene will occur.

Farmer Yoon says: Hey, isn't that Mung-Mung coming up the road?

Mung-Mung enters the farm from the side, from the general direction of Haohan's farm and waves at Farmer Yoon.

Mung-Mung says: Hey Yoonie! It's me Mung-Mung!

Farmer Yoon waves back.

Farmer Yoon says: Hello Mung-Mung. How's everything at Mr. Mudclaw's farm?
Mung-Mung says: Terrible, but don't tell him I said so. Vermins is running everywhere. Crops ain't growing. And something keeps eating the harvest.
Mung-Mung says: But your farm is lookin' pretty good. You know if you make friends with the folks around here, they might give you stuff to fancy it up even more.
Mung-Mung says: Anyway, I just came by to thank you for those carrots.
Mung-Mung says: They was real crunchy, and Haohan thought they were his best crop yet! Haha!

Mung-Mung laughs.

Mung-Mung says: You ain't so bad, Yoonie. Here's my vote.

He approaches the Shrine, casts his vote, then faces Farmer Yoon. He waves at Farmer Yoon.

Mung-Mung says: See ya later!

Mung-Mung bolts back to Haohan's farm.

On the day before you expect to get this quest, plant 2 carrots, 3 witchberries, and 3 cabbages. Humans with the Tiller commendation (thereby getting the human racial reputation bonus and commendation double reputation) will get this quest the day they turn 90. All others should get it the 2nd or 3rd day. You should shortly thereafter get the next "vote" quest to plant and harvest 3 witchberries, and after that you'll get the 3rd one to plant and harvest 3 cabbages. At this point you should have room to plant 4 striped melons for the final "vote" quest. Do not harvest a crop until you're done with Tiller quests for the day, in case you get one of these vote quests. Then you can harvest the old crop and plant a replacement crop to immediately turn in the vote quest.

What plants you will need for each quest.

You will need for the first quest 1 scallion plant for the next, 2 carrots plants, for the next 3 cabbages plants, for the next 3 witchberry plants, and for the last one 4 striped melon plants. But if you plant the ones you will need the day before you get the quest for them just remember not to harvest them without the quest. ;)

(And sorry about mixing the witchberry and striped melons fixed it now thanks for telling me Wakharaa.) :)

You may want to plant the next item in the "votes" list so that you don't have to wait for the dailes to reset (in this case 3 Green Cabbages) .
I have compiled the five people and their votes below.

For example: When you go to plant the scallion for Gina, you also plant the Juicycrunch Carrots for Mung Mung. This will make it so that as soon as you hit honored you can do Mung Mung's questline all at once and not have to wait until the next day. If you have bought the Grand Commendation of the Tillers, you should be just over honored when you get to this quest.
