This example video is a first try and I beat her handily with only the Landro's Lil' XT and the Cogblade Raptor who was the real star of the show.

I wanted to make use of XT's Heartbroken and Tympanic Tantrum but it just didn't work out perfectly, I did land one before her first pet took out my XT, but it could be done more efficiently I'm sure.

The Cogblade Raptor really shone here and was able to finish the fight out. I used a S/S Speed Breed (Speed 341 at level 25) and made great use of his Batter ability which just wrecks beasts if you go first and debuff them with Exposed Wounds.

The fight against Gargra doesn't look that bad at first, three Beasts which Mechs can counter nicely (like in jensketch's comment). However, she offers a moderate challenge if you have lowbie pet in your team for leveling purposes or if you are going for An Awfully Big Adventure. For the achievement you don't actually have to use the Elekk Plushie, it can just hang around in team without ever participating the battle, but not in this one. All her pets are beasts so beating her with two level 25 pets isn't very hard with the right setup.

I used the following pets against her:

Warbot with

and Cogblade Raptor (#5 S/S to outspeed Wolfgar) with

Exposed Wounds

Lowbie requirements: None

The course of the battle:

Start with your Warbot and drop Minefield to the field.
Since Wolfus always starts with Prowl, you'll want to use Extra Plating next to negate some of the incoming damage spike a bit.
Three Missiles are needed to defeat Wulfus. In best scenario, your Bot ends up with 600ish HP left or in the worst, it's dies and resses with the Mechanical racial. Note: Sometimes RNG plays tricks on you and you need fourth Missile to beat Wulfus. It difficults things a bit, but doesn't necessarily require a restart. When the next pet enters, don't pass the first turn like step 4 states, instead drop the second Minefield followed by Extra Plating and resume the instructions.
When Fangra enters, a Missile would kill her but we want another Minefield for the last wolf. So pass one turn instead and then cast another Extra Plating for the coming Flurry. Minefield cooldown is ready at this point so drop another set of those sweet things when your Bot is hit by the first Flurry on the same turn. Try if your Bot can survive the second Flurry and finish off Fangra with a Missile. If the Bot dies before doing so, swap in Cogblade Raptor (otherwise proceed to the next step). First cast Overtune to outspeed Fangra and make a pelt out of her with Batter.
Having Fangra beaten, Wolfgar will enter and you need to swap in your carry pet or Elekk Plushie to soak the Howl. Then swap back your Warbot if it's still alive, Raptor otherwise, and soak the Maul. Warbot won't probably survive from this but at this point it requires only 1-2 Batters to beat the wolf which is as easy as shooting fish in the barrel with a shotgun.

Gargra has 3 level 25 beasts.

Very easy fight, probably any mechanicals would do.
My 25 Yeti took out 2 of her pets so I even got another pet in for leveling.

Also, at level 92 I got 7% exp for the quest.

I've been able to easily solo this fight with Son of Animus. I use Metal Fist, Siphon Anima (v. important), and Extra Plating. Keep plating up on cooldown, use siphon when injured/on cooldown, and just make sure that you don't waste your siphon during a dodge and you're good to go. I equipped another mech just to make sure (in case RNG causes her pets to get lucky and take me down), but I generally end the fight with just under 50% health.

The Sunreaver Micro-Sentry can almost solo Gargra's entire team, keeping Call Lightning and Extra Plating up as much as possible, and hitting Fel Immolate between them. Another pet with Mechanical abilities should finish what's left.

EDIT: If you are bringing a leveling pet summon it on the first round of Gargra's second or (as I prefer) third pet. Both of them casts a buff or a debuff, so it's safe.

Are you Alliance and having trouble getting to Gargra? Here's how you do it.

From your garrison, fly to the Deeproot, Gorgrond flight point at (46,76).
Run north on the path toward Beast Watch and then hang a left on the path toward Evermorn Springs (path junction is at 44,71.)
Follow this path all the way through the border of Frostfire Ridge and keep going until you get to the Iron Seigeworks flight point. Pick it up so you'll have it for next time.
Now take the path going west and follow it past the junction until you run into a rock barricade.
Just to the left of the path there is a small hole in the rocks (78,56) where you can squeeze through. Depending on your size, you may need to dismount to get through.
Follow the path through the giant bone ribcage, past the first burning stone lamp, ignore the fork in the path to your left. Keep going until the second burning stone lamp at (71,57).
Get off the path here and hang a left toward the huge twin stone spires where Gargra is hiding.
When you come up to the stone, take a few steps to the right and you'll find a cleft in the rock at (68,63). Gargra is inside!

Now use one of the awesome strategies from the other people who posted here to beat her, and don't forget to use an Elekk Plushie on your team if you want to complete the achievement "An Awfully Big Adventure."

My Darkmoon Zeppelin has solo'd this fight the past 2 days using Decoy on CD and spamming Missile.

Seems like an easy fight for the plushie achievement :)

I came here and read all comments, and what finally in the end worked for me was one pet Lil'XT the fight went like this:

1. Use Heartbroken first
2. Tympanic Tantrum
After the Tympanic Tantrum was done it whipped the first two pets and left the last pet with about only 25% o its health, I switched to a mechanical carrier pet that was level 15. By the end of the fight my carrier pet was still alive and gained 3 levels from the fight.

This may have been pure luck but it worked for me.

This is the Daily Pet Tamer you go to if you have Mechanical Pets you want to level. I went in there with a level 17 Lil Bling, Lvl 23 Rabid Nut Varmit 5000 and my ever trusty go-to clean-up hitter Tranquil Mechanical Yeti (25 of course!). I left the Varmit in too log and she died. But luckily I got Bling out just in time and when it was done Lil Bling went from level 17 to 20.

I plan on coming here daily and getting all my rare mechanical up to level 25. I got an Iron Starlette at 11 I want to power level real fast!.

Easy fight. This is the setup I've been using for some days:

1: Cogblade Raptor S/S (2,1,1)
2: Carry Pet
3: Darkmoon Zeppelin (1,1,2)

vs Wolfus
- Expose Wounds, Batter until Wolfus dies.

vs Fangra
- Overtune, Batter until your Cogblade Raptor dies.
- Switch to your carry pet, switch to Darkmoon Zeppelin.
- Missile until Fangra dies.

vs Wolfgar
- If your Cogblade Raptor is still alive, Batter until it dies. Switch to your carry pet, switch to Darkmoon Zeppelin.
- Decoy, Missile until Wolfgar dies.

My 2 Pet team:

Blackfuse Bombling - Burn, Flame jet, Armageddon
Darkmoon Tonk - Missile, Minefield, Lock-on
Carry Pet - Can be lvl 1 as it takes zero damage.

Wolfus

1. Begin with Flame Jet
2. Burn.
3. If the second ability that wolfus used was Call the Pack then you will want your third to be Armageddon. If the second ability he uses is Bit then your third should be another burn.
4. Armageddon to finish him off.

Switch to your Carry pet

Fangra

1. Switch to Darkmoon Tonk
2. Lock-on first move
3. Minefield - he has dodge up so an attack is useless
4. Lock-on second move to finish him.

Wolfgar

At this point he is nearly dead so 1 or 2 missiles to finish him off.

As you can see this is a fairly quick startegy for an easy 1-12 pet lvl boost.

switch to tonk

1. Minefield
2. Missle x1-2 depending on what you need to get in Cannon range
3. Ion Cannon to finish it.

Vs Fangra

Tonk will most likely die at this point, if not try to minefield again

Bring in the yeti

1. Call Lightning should kill combined with mines.

Vs Wolfgar

1. Metal Fist, possible twice to get in range of Cannon
2. Ion Cannon should finish it

Managed to 2-pet it today fairly easily. Used a 1-1-2 Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling and a 1-1-1 Clockwork Rocket Bot.

First, put up a decoy, and it'll block the 150% damage boost the enemy's pet gets on their next two turns. Drop Bombing Run on CD and Breath them until dead. When your Dragonling dies, switch to your training pet, then immediately switch to your Clockwork Gnome. Drop turrets and Metal Fist, and pop Repair when the enemy pops Evasion.

All 6 Draenor Master Tamers can be beaten with only a Sprite Darter Hatchling, Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling and a carry pet.

If you follow the order listed, you can carry a single pet from lvl 1 to lvl 25 every day through the Master Tamers and all it takes are those same 2 pets for every fight.

My Anubisath idol solo killed these 3 beasts.
Just use Demolish and pray to RNG (1 of the beasts for 1-shoted by demolish crit).
Also took Son of Animus and Lil'Bling as back-up, but they never entered the fight.

With a bit of healing luck on the Blingtron Gift Package, I managed to take 2 1/2 down with Lil' Bling, finished off with Mini Mindslayer.

I beat this fight with 2 pets, a level 25 P/P Iron Starlette (1/2/1) and level 25 H/P Darkmoon Tonk (1/1/1). I did not have to bring a third pet out.

Opened with Wind-Up, Supercharge, Wind-Up to defeat Wolfus. Wind-Up, Wind-Up to put a dent in Fangra. Fangra will Dodge, so your next move with the Iron Starlette does not matter. Bring out the Darkmoon Tonk and use Missile to take out Fangra. When Wolfgar comes out, use Shock and Awe. Stun is not needed. Next, use Lock On twice to take Wolfgar out.

Using this strategy, I ended the fight with the Starlette dying and the Tonk remaining with half health.

Also, if you have Aviana's Feather, you can reach Gargra extremely quickly from your garrison as Horde. If your Feather is up after beating Gargra, you can aim carefully and navigate through the rocks to get most of the way to Cymre Brightblade.

Update: If you have a Tonk and a leveling pet that can survive a hit, there is a better way. Send the Tonk out first, use Shock and Awe. Keep resetting until you get a stun. Use Missile and Shock and Awe on cooldown until Wolfus and Fangra are down. Use Lock On against Wolfgar until the Tonk dies. Bring out your leveling pet now. Next, switch to any mechanical pet to finish off Wolfgar (I used a Starlette with Toxic Smoke).

I was able to beat her with 1x Darkmoon Tonk...
I'm not sure if I was lucky with crits but BAM they were all dead.

Can almost solo this entire team with Personal World Destroyer.

Open with Quake, pretty much starts the wrecking ball on the entire team.

Once this ends, use Metal Fist until Wolfus is dead.
At this point, if you're levelling a pet swap in a pet.
If not and you just want to end it fast, use this time to Repair.

When you rez you'll almost be full health again. Just use Quake again to bring down Fangra, and Wolfgar will almost be dead. You can finish him off with pretty much anything, but using a mechanical of any kind should pretty much 1shot him at this point.

This fight is a great fight to use as a power leveling fight.
I put whatever pet I want to level first (Just make sure it is a decent level so it can take one hit. I don't recommend level one pets since they can just be powered to 6 in no time)

After the first attack, I use my remaining two Anubisath Guardian (2-1-1) and Clockwerk Gnome (1-1-1)
The fight is easy enough to solo with Sandstorm and Demolish from the Guardian depending on your lucky hit rate. Anything that doesn't survive can be moped up with the Gnome's Metal Fist.

I use Deflection to dodge one Flurry from Fangra and the first howl attack from Wolfgar, which is usually Maul.

FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT "An Awfully Big Adventure":
I used Personal World Destroyer
- Quake goes a long way in wearing down the backline pets
- I also used Supercharge and Metal Fist
Second, Son of Animus
- Whatever abilities you prefer will probably work, but I used Metal fist, Siphon anima, and Interrupting jolt
And, of course, Elekk Plushie
- THE PLUSHIE DOESN'T HAVE TO DO ANY ROUNDS. JUST PUT HIM IN THE THIRD SLOT AND FORGET ABOUT HIM!

My preference:

Blue Clockwork Rocket Bot with Missile, Toxic Smoke, and Sticky Grenade
<filler pet>
Darkmoon Tonk with Missile, Shock and Awe, and Ion Cannon

Start with Toxic Smoke, then Missile until Wolfus is dead.

Throw Sticky Grenade on Fangra, then Toxic Smoke. The grenade will hit him and he'll be taking damage from the smoke when he's still dodging all your other attacks, so he'll be almost dead for one final missile.

When the bot dies, you can bring in your filler with it taking no damage, then bring in the tonk to finish things off with Shock and Awe, Missile and Ion Cannon.

I beat 2½ of her pets with my Sunreaver Microsentry alone (2-1-1). Her last pet had 500 HP when he died so I just summoned my Darkmoon Tonk and finished it nicely with Ion Cannon. :)

I use a mechanical line up for this battle. Darkmoon Tonk, Menagerie Custodian and a leveling pet work like a charm. My leveling pet was at least level 20 though.

Easy trainer to level a pet from level 1 with.

Clockwork Gnome

Carry Pet (can be level 1)

Keep up Turret and Metal Fist your way to killing the first pet. Repair when you get low on health, the second pet's first two moves are not damaging so bear this in mind. Turret again, and Metal Fist if you can. When the Gnome dies, switch to the Zeppelin and Missile until the second pet is dead.

For the third pet, hit Decoy, then spam Missile until your opponent is 617 health or less, then Explode. All XP goes to the level 1. Safari Hat will get it to 11, adding a treat will get it to 12.
