Located on the west side of the temple. Next to the old Justice & Valor quartermaster from 5.1.

Sells all Shado-Pan Assault reputation gear (that starts at neutral) along with 5.2 LFR, normal, and heroic raid gear that require tokens.

Apparently the Shado-Pan Assault have non-union reps. As this NPC is not (currently) a member of any faction, you do not get the discount here when buying shoulders. With guild discount, the shoulders are 900g from her. Teng of the Flying Daggers uses original Shado-Pan rep and can charge anywhere from 700-900g based on your standing with them.
