I wonder if its a once time thing or its more like overwatch type of deal where they have them after some time.

Comment by Gallywix

Only 3 days ? :D

Comment by Maulis425

Allied Races section needs to explain that you have to meet some (sort of) steep requirements before getting access to those races, they don't just "unlock" once you purchase the expansion.

This post was from a user who has deleted their account.

OMEGALUL 3 days, give these guys at least a week jee

Comment by 901376

Jesus, this whole post is overkill.
If you haven't played in a while, here's some fun things to try -
unlock flying for Kalimdor/Eastern Kingdoms and see the areas from above, lot has changed during Cataclysm.
Travel to Grizzly Hills or swim through Vash'jir.
Visit the Tiller's Farm in Pandaria.
Limited time Midsummer Fire Festival event is going on right now.
Press "i" to bring up the group finder, select Premade Groups - Custom - and you can find people for any kinds of activities.
Try out Battle-Pets, check out the Toy Box and Appearance change/transmog.
Lots of new ways to have fun in these 3 days without getting back into the grind.

3 days in overwatch sure but 3 days in an mmo?

Comment by dandacan

I think it was warlords of Draenor that they DELETED all characters that last logged in Wotlk or earlier. keep this in mind if you want to come back from an earlier Xpac.
(I might be completely wrong though.)

Comment by Snakeslick

When you guys talked about heritage armor there was a typo. You said only for specific classes when it should have been races.

Comment by etheldald

i don't have an active sub but what about the people who always pays? what about the people that supports blizzard?
you are rewarding people for nothing and people who pay gets nothing.

Comment by Josephcurwen

this is active now?

Comment by Pallimmanis

You're completely wrong.

All they did was free up the names of characters who hadn't logged in during that time frame. The actual characters still exist, they'll just need a new name before they can log in.

We get to play current content. People who are coming back only get to play up to Warlords unless they added Legion before they left or if they add it today.

No.

This might be my last posting, I thought about quitting totally the entire day already. BfA is such a downer after a high like Legion where I even did Mythic raiding, which I didn't do before. And yeah, somehow the prettiest part of BfA is Uther's updated statue, Kul Tiras looks so drab, it's depressing.

Comment by Risingdoom2657

they should have add 3 days to all account(inactive or not), so inactive players can come back and see whats going on and subscribers get their 3 days for free. its a just pain in my ass that my subscribe extended yesterday

damn damn damn

Comment by Koryn

Are those allied races available just by pre-ordering like it implies? Or do you still have to grind rep with those factions and get the You Are Prepared achievement to unlock them? Seems like it'd be a good way to attract people to play for a weekend if they could just start those allied races right off the bat. I know I certainly wouldn't feel like doing it if I knew I'd be spending the weekend and weeks or months to come where it'd cost money on a rep grind.

Comment by Neryssa

The grind requirements are still there, I'll make it more clear on the post.
