Why they didn't make this a learnable companion, is beyond me. This is just an "old-school style" item that summons a pet, what's the point of creating the companion-learning system if you'll still have some of those around?

Sure, it's not a vanity pet. Some people only care about it being a pet and that's fine.

However, a lot of people just like collecting cool little things they can set out on the ground or that make visual effects. Ragdolls, Argent Tournament banners, Mylune's Call, Haunted War Drums, etc. To folks like us this is definitely not a waste.

Not everything has to be a pet to be cool. They already introduced two new pets for pet collectors this year, the Feline Familiar and the Creepy Crate.

If anyone is wondering: If you have a Plump Turkey companion and a Little Wickerman near eachother, the Plump Turkey will go through the "destiny" animation. Enjoy :)

Sadly I wasn't able to get this guy this year... will have to be next year. I opted to finish off the Mask Task and get my black cat in the hat. The cat is pretty cool NCP for sure.

Quickest way to buy both this and the feline familiar?

I didn't realize that these two were so expensive until I checked last night, and I've been a little lazy on my main due to already having everything from the previous years.

Why don't they transform Little Wickerman to a normal battle pet ? This will be useful .

After all , its model is pretty similar to Tiny Harvester . Why not ?

Oh rats, If I had noticed that he allows cooking I would have gotten him over the feline familiar. oh well, next year I suppose.

Yes, you can use it to cook. yes, it shares a 5 minute cooldown with campfire.
