One of the old Justice Point heirlooms, which are being reintroduced with 6.1. It will be sold by Estelle Gendry (H) and Krom Stoutarm (A) for 500g.

Both vendors sell all of the old Justice Point and heirlooms, including the new necklaces and upgrading tokens:
- Chests: 500g
- Shoulders: 500g
- Necklaces: 700g
- Trinkets: 700g
- One-Handed weapons: 650g
- Ranged & Two-Handed weapons: 750g
- Shields & Off-Hands: 500g
- Ancient Heirloom Armor Casing: 1,000g
- Ancient Heirloom Scabbard: 1,200g
- Timeworn Heirloom Armor Casing: 2,000g
- Timeworn Heirloom Scabbard: 5,000g

Edit: The heirloom prices are no longer affected by faction reputation!
Edit 2: Added the 2 additional upgrading tokens to the vendor list.

One of the 6 new Bind on Account chest pieces being added in patch 3.2.0

The 10% exp from these all (supposedly) stack with the BoA shoulders. A blue did post this in the forums, but hey, we're talking about Blizzard. You can't trust everything they say.

This is a pretty nice item for hunters and feral druids, especially in the first levels before stat bonuses show up much.

I hope it doesn't cost too much. Any info on whether it will be bought with emblems of Champion's Seals?

At the moment they are being sold by the new Heirloom-vendor for 40 Emblems of Heroism and some odd gold(Gold cost is most likely in place by mistake) @ PTR. Nothing is finalized tho, all chests still have 0 armor regardless of level.

According to this, this chest will not be sold for 60 Emblems of Heroism, as someone already posted, but rather 60 Champion's Seals, which seems to me like a huge jack-up of the price.

The pets from which you obtain from 40 Champion's Seals go for (at least in my server) at least 1000g, and that's just for the same faction pets. If I wanted to buy a Horde pet, I'd have to be prepared to spend over twice that much.

I was actually quite excited to buy this chest piece for my Rogue alt, but it seems that now that's a bit out of reach. Hopefully they change it later down the road because the price that it has now doesn't reflect the actual quality of the item for me.

Currently the best enchants for Heirloom chest-pieces are:

Enchant Chest - Greater Stats (40 HP, 65 Mana. Works at all levels)

Enchant Chest - Major Health (Does not give its benefit until level 30 according to the comments)

Enchant Chest - Major Mana (May or may not give its benefit before level 30, need to test)

just want to point out that will take 12days to get, which is NOT worth for 10% extra..!

So im almost 100% sure that this will cost less, and similary with the others heirlooms cost = same mark/emblems and nothing like champion's seals

12 days of dailies to be able to level an alt even faster, especially with the shoulders? Yes please. Of couse it's worth it. I'm most disturbed by your post that 12 days of dailies seems like too much. People grind dailies for considerably more time for other things less useful.

According to WoWWiki, you must first become an Argent Crusader by earning the achievement Exalted Argent Champion of the Alliance or Exalted Argent Champion of the Horde before you will be permitted to purchase items from this NPC.

That means you'll be spending about a month's worth of time doing dailies before you can purchase the Heirloom Chest armor, or any other item she has for sale.

This is subject to change, as the patch is still in testing, but don't be surprised if this holds true when the patch goes live.

Blue Post states:

Assuming you are eligible for all of the new dailies being added to the Argent Tournament -- meaning you have championed all primary factions and reached exalted with them as well as with the Argent Crusade and Silver Covenant/Sunreavers -- and plan on doing Trial of the Champion, the 5-player Crusaders' Coliseum dungeon on Heroic mode, the maximum number of Champion's Seals you can obtain in a single day will be 15 after patch 3.2 hits, not including any lucky Champion's Seal drops in the Champion's Purse.

The Chestpieces are buyable in Dalaran, off a new vendor standing next to the other Emblem Vendors. He is titled with a "Heirloom Vendor" subtitle.

Off of him, the Chest Pieces are 45 Emblems of Heroism, and the new weapons are the same price as the old ones.

You can verify this by logging on the PTR and checking if you don't believe me.

Once you can do the valiant and/or the champion dailies the grind is SOOOO easy. The quests take about 30-45 minutes to do all together and you get massive gold and rep besides the champ seals.

Anyways you can get champ seals post patch most likely by running Coliseum anyways so its not like you HAVE to do the dailies.

It's not 12 days /played. It's 12 days of doing dailies for half an hour, which a lot of us do just for the money. You can't level to 80 in 6 hours. Besides, they've added dailies which provide even more seals.

Any class that benefits from hit rating and attack power in pvp will enjoy the Stained Shadowcraft BoA pieces. This includes warriors, rogues, enhancement shaman, hunters, and feral druids.

Edit: You will want at least 5% hit rating if using a 2h.

Heirloom items aren't meant for endgame raiding pvping or anything... its just something to give to your lowbie so you don't have to worry about X slot .. on my warrior im making i have

Shoulders Chest weapon weapon trinket trinket...

Now i dont EVER need to replace these till 80... seems like a good deal to me now i can vendor all that stuff not to mention the 20% xp from mobs AND QUESTS

The code for these are seriously bugged, the stats are much higher on the site than ingame.

lvl 70 version here has 142 agi, ingame it has 47 agi.

Fun little fact: (For now)
This and it's leather shoulder counterpart's armor stat continues to scale with leveling. As a level 81 it was providing me with 1,359 armor instead of 1,016. As a level 86 it provides 1,865 armor. Unfortunately, none of the other stats continue to scale. Just thought I'd spread the word for giggles, though! :D

As an example, just to be absolutely sure, I hopped on my druid to check. Wearing Nimbletoe Chestguard my druid's armor is at 12,518. I then swapped it out with the fancy Stained Shadowcraft Tunic and my armor dropped down to 12,290. A total armor loss of 228, despite the tool-tip stating the armor on the heirloom being only 1,016. Even with unseen hidden armor bonuses, the drop in my druid's armor stat should have at least been 1,077.

Again, though, no other stats are being altered, it's purely the armor stat.

As of 5.2, the Level 80 Heirloom weapons and armor can be upgraded to scale up to level 85

Cost is the original item and either Darkmoon Faire Prize Tickets, JP (for heirlooms purchasable with JP) or Honor (for PvP itemized heirlooms purchased with honor)

1-H Weapons: 2175 Honor/JP or 110 Darkmoon Faire Tickets
2-H Weapons: 3500 Honor/JP or 130 Darkmoon Faire tickets

This is the upgraded version of Stained Shadowcraft Tunic.
Upgrading to the level 85 version will cost one Stained Shadowcraft Tunic and an additional 2175 JP.

As I see it these will be pretty much pointless to get, not only the weapons but all the items. They'll be useful at 81 just like the other level 85 capped heirlooms, then you can just buy the 82-83 mop greens that are vastly superior and will have you tearing through quests like mad to 85. I'd say just take the time you'd take on farming the JP and/or Honor for the desired looms and use that to farm on a main for more than enough money to buy the mop greens and you'll be much better set and get much faster experience gain through brute force of overwhelming next-expansion stats.

This and other heirlooms like it had their upgrade cost reduced in a later patch. All 2175 jp heirlooms cost 870 jp to upgrade apart from Musty Tome of the Lost. These are now not particularly out of your way to pick up (an extra 2 heroic dungeons at level 90 will often give you enough justice to upgrade an item), can be given scaling enchantments, and give bonus experience up to level 85 on any character which you equip them to. much better than picking up greens from the next expansion, and can be re-used as well.
