However, if you can get your hands on one, it's one of the best possible escapes in World PvP.

Creates an object for any players to attack that releases a buff a short distance away that can be gained by moving through it. The buff depends on both the quality of the crafted item and time taken to destroy the "Pinata". The buff selection seems to rotate approximately every 3 seconds (or faster) while still contained within the "Pinata". This item can also be used in any Unrated BG. For World PvP, it only functions in the Dragon Isles.

Note that these can also be used as a sort of target dummy for a very specific situation. Windwalker Monks can immediately use Touch of Death on this object as soon as it is summoned. By enhancing the Touch of Death with all of its supporting talents and increasing health from a Wild Truffle, high damage can be done to multiple nearby enemy players.

Djaradin’s “Pinata” grants you either Restoration, which restores your health and mana very quickly, or Speed.

Djaradin’s “Pinata” grants you either Berserking or Discombobulator Ray, which dismounts the target enemy player and reduces their damage and healing by 30%.

Djaradin’s “Pinata” grants you either Gripping Chain or Speed Up. Yes, really! It resets ALL cooldowns, even your other items! I cannot find the exact spell to link for this. Same effect, but does not require a Mage.
