Be careful with this spell. Do not rely on it for raid-wide dispels (i.e on Heigan the Unclean in Naxx). Though many totems and buff spells were changed in WoTLK to be raid wide (or in 3.0, I didn't play between 3.0 and WoTLK) this and Poison Cleansing totem are still only within the party that the shaman is in.

Merging poison and disease cleansing into one totem, is a very welcomed change. :)

This is a must-have for Heroic A:OK, or any situation that involves AoE-poisons/diseases. In the new Halls of Reflection instance, for example, the mobs sometimes hit you with stacking poisons/diseases. While it would normally take you several clicks to dispel all of these off a single person, this totem makes it so you can focus more on taking those stacks down a notch with cleanse and heal to your heart's content.

(And, if you're DPS, the healer will love you for using this.)

does this pulse as soon as u shove it in the dust (like tremor totem) or only after the 5 secs?
cause if it does pulse on cast targeted cure disease becomes usefull only if u already have a poison totem and want to keep it or are in a raid
same thing for poison
