Info about this buff:
Given by: Dread Captain DeMeza after spoken to her.
Where: Roof next to the horde flight master in Booty Bay.
Buff effect: Dread Pirate for 12 hours - you look like a pirate from your own race, hairstyle face etc changes and you get sexy looking white shirt, red pants and a black pirate hat with a pirate logo on it (combine this with a parrot from vendor in BB https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/npc=2663) - persists trough death - cancelled upon metamorphing - cancelled when entering arena.

le sigh, kind of a pointless buff for a druid.. cant go into any different forms but it persists through death. And I was flying through Shatt on my gryphon mount and it randomly vanished also. :( oh well ): - got the 60 minute one and it went off of me when i flew inside of a building.. seems buggy to me.

Bonus: Place 3 Cotton swabs in front of a flash light to summon your very own ghost pirates!

Super Bonus: Place two candles on the floor, with a mirror between them, then proceed to place three squirrels directly in front of the mirror so that their images are reflected and... TUDAH!

I got my costume an hour ago, and my Puff looked just like the one in the submitted screenshots. Then as I took the boat from Stormwind to Dustwallow Marsh something like an "apron" appeared. Anyone else got costume changes?

After I logged out and logged back in the "apron" thingie was gone

This buff disappears if you cross from Shattrath into Terokkar Forest while Blessing of Auchindoun is up. If this happens you can just go back to Booty Bay and she will renew it for you.

For a look similar to this buff all year long (though not exact), pair Admiral's Hat, Buccaneer's Cord, Buccaneer's Pants, and White Swashbuckler's Shirt. The hat isn't perfect, but otherwise it's an exact match.
