Has anyone tried to put a Frag Belt enchant on this yet? Does it overwrite the functionality of the shield or will it double activate (Shields up AND Target Reticle for Bomb)? - if i feel brave, I'll give it a try and report back the results. I just don't want to have to make 2 due to the mats... ah well.. Gnomish Engineering and Tinkering at its finest....

EDIT: Answered under the Frag Belt blog. - No, you can not have two effects on the belt. This item will not accept that engineering enchant.

Must be gnomish only, i can not see the pattern to learn from the gnome in BB an im at 355 eng. That's if you are refering to Oglethorpe Obnoticus, Master Gnome Engineer 28, 76 - Upper level.

Could be this one is found only in the expansion and in Netherstorm at Stormspire?

This has come in handy a few times during 2v2 arena battles. They are very fast paced and 8 seconds can be alot of cast time. Amazing how quickly they go through the damage shield... rarely lasts a full 8. (never seen it malf... that i know of..) Don't recall where i learned it.
