As of patch 3.1, you can learn to make Netherweave Bandage at 300, at least that's the level I was able to buy it at from Falcon Watch, and of course there is no book now - you just learn the spell directly from the trainer. The recipe stays orange all the way to 330, when you can now learn heavy Netherweave Bandage.

I assume this is to fix the issue of Heavy Netherweave having a higher skill requirement than Frostweave.

Why has the cost gone up by 18g, that price doesn't justify the loss of the casting time to train it, and the Heavy Netherweave Bandage training cost is 40G!
