『召火者』阿庫羅 is a quest related mob, you need to free him during the 崔互德長者 quest.

『鼓風者』莫洛德 - get back to the big stairs, follow them down and search the first hut to the left.
『喚水者』阿亞藍 - leave Morod's hut and look straight to the north, you should spot him from afar inside his hut.
『召火者』阿庫羅 - leave Aylaan's hut and this time look to the east. There is a hut near the broken wall. NPC is inside the hut.
