She is dead at least 50% of the time, at least on the StormReaver server. Her spawn time is around 5 - 10 minutes which is incredibly annoying. STAY IN YOUR TENT WOMAN.

Note - she can drift to the other side of the lake just behind the tent. That's where she dies most the time. I believe both allies and horde take quests from her.

Went and did the chain from her again on my DK, and watched as a giant killed not just her but proceeded to attack and kill buddy as well, though the giant died at the same time as buddy. Quite hilarious!

Buddy died.
Starving Fungal Giant died.

Just a piece of information, I've seen it happen that the Fungals / Bog Lords behind her aggro her, so she runs towards them, attacks them, pulls more of them and dies.
Just so you know, in case you want to turn in your quests and she's not there ;-)

看守者里薩歐 is a quest related NPC, you need to locate her camp to complete 看守者里薩歐 quest.

If you have discovered Zabra'jin quest hub (Horde), just follow the road to the southwest, you will spot her tent just before the passage to Nagrand.
If Zabra'jin is yet undiscovered (or you play Ally) you can move to the southern border of Zangarmarsh and move along the border to the west until the passage to Nagrand.
Alternatively you can follow the road to the north, pass by Telredor and then take the road to the west. The road leads to the passage to Nagrand as well.

This is might be complete nonsense and something no body will care about considering the happenings at the time of this post...

I found out that she bugs out and becomes stuck to her Mushroom bait spot after turning in Stealing Back the Mushrooms if Buddy gets killed by a wandering Giant while the even is playing out.
