Its BiS item for all clothies, not just DPS casters (the more accurate term would be Cloth DPS, but ehh, I'm sure there is an equivelant for boomkin's in leather).
Its the 2 sockets that make this item better than others, and it was clearly designed to be a Priest healer item, since its made with the 'healing cloth' version (but ehh, the stats are pretty much the same with all clothies now, so meh, about same).

This recipe dropped for us off of heroic Kologarn. Pretty nice belt. Throw a few runed scarlet gems in the sockets and you have yourself some serious spellpower. Only problem is that runed orbs go for 2k currently on my server, so that's 12k gold alone for the orbs. Hopefully I can convince the officers of my guild to give me the orbs from the guild bank!

What have ppl been able to sell this for? Seen on other places figures up to 8k but that sounds a tad to much for me... my guess would be 3-5k but interested in hearing what others actually sold it for. Ty
