I think blizzard did a mix-up. Someone should really check into this.

If you compare Battlelord's Plate Boots with Spiked Deathdealers

You can see that the DPS plate boots got 69 strength vs Tanking boots 85 strenght
furthermore DPS plate boots got 126 stamina vs tanking plate boots 103 stamina

If you compare Belt of the Titans with Indestructible Plate Girdle

You can see that the DPS plate belt got 69 strenght vs tanking plate belt got 84 strength
furthermore DPS plate belt got stamina 126 vs tanking plate belt 103 stamina

Looking at all other plate items, tanking items have had more stamina and less strenght (or attack power) than a comparable dps item.

I for one think blizz switched the 2 stats on both the boots and belt.

This dropped for us tonight in 10man two towers left (Thorim and Mimiron) hardmode. 2-4 towers left = chance of recipe for FL 10man.
