Natto, Engineering is a great profession for a Holy Priest, I'm currently at level 62 and wearing the Powerheal 4000 Lens. Not bad wearing an Epic head piece at level 62. I can't wait to get a hold of the Powerheal 9000 Lens schematics, its something to work towards for sure. Grenades and Bombs are another bonus that don't require mana. For me, Engineering and Tailoring are working out, I can get potions from my other alts if needed.

The patterns for these are extremely hard to come by, but I was able to buy the first one that showed up on my auction house for an obscene amount of gold. I could have bartered it down, but it's so rare that I didn't dare risk losing it to someone else.

With the new spirit+int mana regen model, this goggle is truly one of the best healing items you can come by, especially for any non-Sunwell raider. Most of its itemization is spent in spirit and intellect, and with the blue socket you can easily add more spirit to it. This will benefit from kings and increase your healing and regen at the same time, instead of something like T5 and T6 which is wasting some of its points on the outdated MP5 stat.

In the long run, WOTLK will come out and eventually this will be a relic of the past, but such is the fate of all gear. Until then, this is the cream of the crop.

My only complaint is that the graphic looks the same as the Powerheal 4000.
