Dropped for me during the quest 'Fumping' off one of the worms.

@ dryade: Be patient, everyone is scrimping and saving for their epic mount right now. Once a majority have their mount, money will be flowing again. After spending 5200 on a mount 1500-1600 is nothing for one of the BEST patterns in the game. This mace is listed at 2800g on this site, which is high, but you can easily sell these maces for 1-2k each plus mats. It is the highest DPS BoE in the game + great stats. Someone offered me 700g the first day I advertised it in Trade. But I'm in no rush and will hold out for more.

I found the pattern in Manaforge Ara in Netherstorm...it dropped off one of the mobs that comes out when you are shutting it down.

The thing is very nice, not too bad crits for the speed, + good stats. This is the best BoE mace in the game, and I would say better than *some* BoP epics. Mace proc has been buffed for warriors who didn't already know that, which makes the speed on this thing very sexy. All in all, it cost me:

1. Buying the plans off AH for 755g
2. Farming the mats for the primal mights, which cost me about 800g for the lot of em
3 Finding a blacksmith who had two primal nethers, then bargaining the plans for him to make me the mace.

TOTAL: Around 1800g worth of mats.

Just to let u know:) The drop list is not complete. It doesn't drop only in istance but outside too. I found that plan killing a normal(not elite) ogre in the Burning Blade Ruins. Of course a rare drop see that i got 3 lv70pg but only 1 time it dropped.

Just dropd in nagrand while farming primals in the elemental plateau while fighting with 2 horde over the fire elementals i hit this mob first and look at what dropd....very nice for me
