This set is only available during the Scourge Invasion, which is not currently slated to occur again on the realms.

Dropped from a Rare scourge mob in azshara.

Today I got the Armor from an elite and the gauntlets from a quest reward, i'd like to complete the set.
Where these rare scourge mobs pop? Are they those fat abominations with the silver dragon around the portrait?
The set isn't an epic one, but it isn't bad at all against UD.

Drops from the rare spawns from the crystals. I've seen abominations in burning steppes and ghosts from tanaris drop them. Of course, they were ninja'd by a level 40 some druid

Doesn't apply to ranged attack power right?

I found mine off a 61 elite bone witch in WS, only dropped once out of the 5 times we killed one.

I disenchanted one of these, I received a Large Brilliant Shard.
