Unfortunately, you have to have a skill of 330 First Aid to create these bandages, but you can use the bandages at a skill level of 300.

Odd, as a level 44 i can learn 300+ first aid if i get the book from AH, i can then level upto 330 first aid fine. problem being, when i goto use this book, its not a usable item. there is no green "use" text at all... its frustrating!

As of 3.1 there is no book however he sells this and heavy frostweave as normal training.

Should also be noted that the bandage itself only requires 300 to learn from the trainer, no longer necessary to save up runecloth for those extra 30 skills.

They really raised prices for outland first aid in 3.1.

Old costs:
book - 5g
regular netherweave - 2g
heavy netherweave - 4g

New costs:
300-375 first aid - 10g
regular netherweave - 20g
heavy netherweave - 40g

A 59 gold increase.

you do have to be lvl 35 i believe to learn 300+ first aid, that's why your twinks can't use runecloth bandages.
