There is no +%hit cap. It's that when attacking things your level with your weapon skill capped, 5% is the most useful. However, when attacking things higher than you, it becomes harder to hit them. therefore, 6% is the cap for about lvl 65 guys and 7-8% is useful for lvl 70 (Bosses in MC and BWL). Also, with the changes in the dual wield %hit (that used to be capped with a minimum %miss of 19% starting at 30%) 10%+ can even be useful.

I had gloves of the tormented before but these are way better because of the +2% hiot which is a MUST in BWL which is our main focus right now. Im 5/8 GS too :)

These need to be buffed, only 18 agility on this POS. Sure the 2% hit is nice...... if you dont already have 5% :/. Hit up the Doomhide Gaunlets instead.

The only thing this set really needs, other than a new set bonus for 3 and 5 peices, is more intel/spirit, other than that its fine.

Completely incorrect Jaro. The 2%+ chance to hit is great. If I'd name one as the worst one, I'd say bracers or boots.
