覆滅

Subversion not only increases your critical strike damage of your main ability 滅寂 by 9%, it also reduces the threat you generate when in blood presences by 25%, and while threat is not nearly as important in WotLK, this talent is still incredibly attractive on both fronts.

劍刃護甲

Bladed Armor is an odd talent, typically armor is not on the radar of a DPS player, as it's a defensive stat, but this talent actively rewards you for wearing high armor plate gear, by giving you a large sum of Attack Power even in mediocre plate gear. The option to use 不滅藥水 pre-pull on bosses is also powerful, effectively giving you an extra 97 AP for two minutes on a two minute cooldown.

黑暗定罪

Frost loves Critical Strike Rating, with large damage modifiers to our crits through 血魔之詐 and 覆滅 we're heavily incentivized to seek out crit, even with 殺戮酷刑 increasing our chances of critting with our frost abilities already. Because early gear has less crit this pure 5% gain is very powerful in comparison to Unholy talents.

Frost Tree Talents

強化冰結之爪

The purest selling point on the Frost , Improved Icy Talons provides your raid an aura that increases melee attack speed by 20%, an incredibly powerful buff for any melee class that's only provided by Frost and Enhancement Shamans.

凝霜

One of the core mechanics of Frost, Rime gives you access to free 凜風衝擊 by just doing your normal rotation, this talent is essential for cleave and AOE, and you'll often react to this proc in your normal rotation.

薩沙理安之脅

Threat of Thassarian is what makes Dual Wield so good for Frost, as it makes your 滅寂 and 冰霜打擊 deal damage with Off Hand in addition to your Main Hand.

血魔之詐

Large critical strikes is one of the hallmarks of Frost 死亡騎士s, and this talent is the reason for that, with 殺戮酷刑 empowering 冰霜打擊 and 凜風衝擊 crit chance, and our natural leaning towards crit as a stat, this talent provides a large amount of Frost's damage in both AOE and single target.

Unholy Tree Talents

嗜肉死者

Strength is our best stat, and talents like Ravenous Dead are part of the reason for that, this talent not only increases the AP we're getting by multiplying our Strength, it's also increasing the damage of our 死者復生 cooldown.

死亡之疽

Auto attacks make up a large portion of our damage on single target, and necrosis is a flat 20% additional damage as magic damage.

凝血之刃

Blood-Caked Blade effectively gives us a chance to proc an extra strike from our auto attacks, and just like Necrosis this talent is incredibly powerful as your weapons get stronger and stronger.

Glyphs for Frost Death Knight DPS in Wrath of the Lich KingMajor Glyphs

冰霜打擊雕紋

Frost Strike is a large portion of your single target damage, and being able to cast more of them makes this Glyph Invaluable.

疫病雕紋

Arguably the best Frost Death Knight glyph, both at 70 and 80, the ability to refresh your diseases using only a Blood Rune means you get an extra Obliterate instead of having to Icy Touch and Plague Strike.

滅寂雕紋

Your main damaging ability, this Glyph is incredibly powerful, especially taking into account the large amount of modifiers 滅寂 already gets from our talents.

Minor Glyphs

血魄轉化雕紋

This Glyph doesn't actively increase your DPS, but because of the way Blood Tap works in that it requires you to pay health, should you be so low you don't have the health to cast Blood Tap, this Glyph will allow you to still gain that death rune.

瘟疫同化雕紋

This is the only minor glyph that provides a tangible dps increase, as it will allow you to spread your diseases to targets that would otherwise be out of range.

死者復生雕紋

Never be caught without Corpse Dust again!
