Greer Orehammer is the Flight Path master up and around the mini wall, talk to him and he will send you off with a stack of 10 bombs.

You make two passes over New Agamand, the tanks are the wagon looking things.

Do NOT miss this quest, I repeat: do NOT miss this quest.

This is the most rewarding quest in the entire zone Howling Fjord:

* It gives no less than 25150 experience at 70, whereas most quests in the zone give at the best 20100 experience points.

* On top of that, it nets you a good chunk of reputation +350 with Valiance Expedition, whereas most quests in the zone will only give you +250 at the best.

* You will get a green item out of it, even if the item isn't that great to your class/spec or depending on the gear you acquired in TBC, you will either a) have the possibility to sell the item to a vendor for another 5 gold or b) have the possibility to disenchant it, given you are an enchanter, indeed.

* And now the cherry on top; this quest will give you no less than 9g40s as well, whereas the majority of quests in the area will at the best reward you with 4g40s...

Out of every quests that are available to Alliance characters in Howling Fjord, this one is the most rewarding one. ;-)

Go and talk to the Flight Master to be given bombs and griffon ride. Use the bombs on the carts. You get 2 passes so is quite easy.

The gryphon you ride and the bombs you drop are both acquired from speaking to the flight master in Westguard Keep itself, not New Agamand.

i cant hit once
i target wagons with green thing in them
i did 2-3 bomb mission in the past
so i think this quest is bugged

Please note what happened to me: I had not completed the zeppelin pirate blockade quest and still has those bombs in my bag. When I went to pick up this new bombing quest from the flight guy, he sent me off without any bombs, saying I couldn't pick up any more of those items, even though I couldn't use the pirate bombs for his quest. After I got back i had to go back to the keep and pick the quest up again.

This may be a good quest and nesesary in the chain BUT the BIRD flys way to fast and you can only get one, maybe two HITS per pass. Atleast that was my expereance doing this. cool flying quest,

The bomb you need is small round red bomb with burning top. Not another bomb like TNT stave. It's limited with 10 pieces when you starts the flying path to the bomb zone.

One round is enough to hit 5 tanks. Easy. Need exactly 5 pieces :)

Those who don't know wot to do... Talk To Flight Master He has option select that and u'll start flying...

Make sure u have free space and as well as don't be impatient if u miss the gryphon will fly in for another circle giving u chance to bomb!

Greer Orehammer is the flight master on the little wall inside westguard keep. Speak to him and he will fly you to drop the bombs on the plague tanks.

The only thing that could make this quest difficult is lag while you're on the gryphon. Lower all your video options and you should get a smooth flight. Even with 'View distance' at the minimum, you're flying low enough to see the tanks clearly.

I found the bombing hard to do. The gryphon flies fast and you can't see far ahead to the next tank. That, and the cooldown before being able to use another bomb had me flying over the town about six times before I could bomb five sites. Made me wish I were flying the gryphon myself!

If you don't get all 5 on one run, you can go again. Just ask the griffin master to give you another ride.

Go speak to the gryphon master. It's very easy but you need to be quick as the gryphon only circles the town twice.

The target plague tanks are green on wagons in the city. You have to be quick, because the bird only makes two passes.

Right when you take off flying on the gryphon, put the bombs on one of your number (hot) bars if you have them showing on your UI. I put mine on the #1, then just hit the number 1 while flying over the Agamand. No time wasted mousing between bag and targeting tanks that way, and it's done in one go.
