A certain website that 'owned the core' has a forum thread on this exact thing but from cata. It looks like a modified DLL file allowed someone to cast the hidden spell used to spawn the broken section of frostmourne that arthas drops in the lich king fight. AKA dont do this unless you want a banhammer dropped.

On Arugal there is one dude that keeps bringing level 1 toons to Org and dying and having the corpses sit there all with variations of the same name. Been doing it on and off for months. This time somebody swapped the corpses for Frostmourne skins.
