NA Realm Free Character Transfers

Greetings!Since the introduction of the Faction Change service in Wrath of the Lich King Classic, we’ve received a lot of feedback from players currently playing on locked, single-faction realms. They would like to faction change and move to the other locked realm in their region.We’ve just temporarily opened Free Character Transfers between the two most populated (locked) realms in each region:

FROM	TO
Benediction	Faerlina
Faerlina	Benediction

Please be reminded that the Free Character Transfer service may be closed at any time, without notice.

Was that not the purpose? Or are we just propping faction change pockets?

Is anybody on a horde dominated pvp server going to move to an alliance dominated pvp server? Or vice versa? And then not change to that faction?

This would have a much better incentive as well sense you would be able to choose the best race/class combo in the process. I dislike the transferring service as it only promotes mega servers and punishes low pop servers. I understand there ideal as they dont want an entire server to flip factions just because its flavor of the xpack but they could fix that issue by putting in some kind of limiter or having a random lottery that gives guilds access to a free faction change for all accounts that have characters in that guild. At the end of the day though people will pay to swap if they want so its not something Blizzard can really control.Comment by Celthric317One %^&*ing server? That's it?
