He is in the largest harpoon hut on the top hill. They have 2 large wooden beams shooting towards the center of town as support and chains closer to the cliff.

If you're at the fire in the center of the village, look west. There are two buildings with wooden arches. He's in the one on the left.

[That was a fairly strong showing at Baleheim, <name>. Before you go off patting yourself on the back there's work to be done at Nifflevar.

We've located the vrykul responsible for the majority of the harpoon attacks on our frigates - goes by the name of Yavus. You'll find him in the main harpoon structure on the bluffs of Nifflevar, southeast of here.

Track him down and execute him for crimes against the Alliance!
