This makes an excellent TPS weapon for a Protection Paladin. I picked it up today (no one else wanted it), and found that for pure TPS, it's beating Vulmir (Thorim 25) by a long shot.

While this is probably awesome for Rogues (my knowledge of them is lacking), if there's none in the group, and no one else wants it, feel free to take it if you're a tankadin as it's an absolute gem for Threat Generation due to the agility (which will give you dodge, crit and a bit of armor), pure crit, pure AP, as well as the gem slot.

While the Armor Penetration will be almost completely wasted, the rest of the stats are perfect, and i can honestly see me using this over a tanking weapon on fights where threat is key (Hodir HM, Anub'Arak add tanking, Mimiron HM, Vezax HM, etc).

If you're going with a crit-based/Conviction build, this is ideal (and even without such a build, it's not all that bad).

Last point is that it's fairly decent for Protection PvP as well (which i'm rather fond of).
