This is one of the "Timed Loots" from Zul'Aman where you save prisoners. When you enter the instance, you can start an event by talking to an NPC called "Harrison Jones". A 20 minutes countdown will start, to kill the first boss. After killing him you'll get a new timer for the next boss, and so on.

This is one of the rings you can get from this event, amongst with:

Signet of Primal Wrath

Mana Attuned Band

Signet of the Quiet Forest

Signet of the Last Defender

Great ring for resist gear check fights for warrior & druid tanks, as the three primary goals for those are to hit crit immunity cap, resist cap, and then max out stamina. This ring alone gives ~0.91% (I might be off by 0.01% here) crit chance reduction, with a boatload of stamina to boot.

Alternatively, this ring seems amazing for priest & druid healers for arena, particularily in the 3v3/5v5 brackets in which heavy focus fire is an issue, as a result of which most "squishy" pvp healers tend to stack stamina & cap resilience.

To the person above, it's not a quest reward, it's a chest drop; you can (and have to) start the event every time you zone into a fresh ZA instance, whether you actually go out of your way to try and beat the timer is entirely your call, though.

As of 2.3, this is the ring with the most stamina in the entire game. Supremus' ring is just slightly behind (but is obviously the better choice for tanks due to other stats).

In addition, it's also the ring with the most resilience!

This is a very good DRUID tanking ring. You can replace Defense Rating with Resilience to remain uncrittable. 103 resil = 415Def. Rating.

I'd use this ring if it dropped for me for PvE as well as PvP. Don't know if paladins and warriors would receive the same benefits a druid does.

You guys are awfully positive about this ring. I, in constrast, would be rather @#$%ed off if it dropped from the 3rd chest. The 3rd chest is pretty difficult to get to consistently as even one or two mistakes by any members of the party can ruin a timed run. For such work I'd want to be rewarded with great PvE loot, not a stamina/resilience ring that really has no use.

This is NOT a good druid tanking ring. It has no armor, no agility and no dodge. Resilience does nothing to reduce a druid's chance of taking a crushing blow which is a druid's main concern in terms of mitigation since they can't block. Dozens of other pretty easily accessible rings give at least armor, stamina and defense/dodge/agility. Sure you could use it, but you'd be settling for that ring, not hoping for it. The stamina is nice for sure, but the lack of good PvE mitigation/avoidance stats drops this ring's tanking usefulness quite a great deal.

Got this from the third chest today. Lulz were had and a void was rolled for, which is basically the only good thing about this. I doubt anybody who posted that this was a good ring even can get to the third chest, let alone have it drop for them. Stacking stam is for tanks, and this has no other tank stats. Stacking stam and resil for pvp means you cant get above 1500. Sure if your pvp set is green, this may be an upgrade, but all in all, pretty $%^&ty reward for being able to get that far.

This comes from the timed event in Zul'Aman, in which you must kill all bosses in twenty minutes.

There are nine rings with 42 or more stamina.

Six of these are tank rings.

Three of these do not have block value or block rating.

37 resilience = 0.9% less chance to be critically hit

Feral druid tanks only need 2.6% crit reduction to be completely immune to critical hits...

Compare this ring to the two remaining rings https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=32261/band-of-the-abyssal-lord (11.4 defense rating; 0.45% reduced chance to be crit) and https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=30083/ring-of-sundered-souls (7.6 defense rating; 0.30% reduced chance to be crit, plus druids get better dodge through agility than dodge rating) and this is hands-down the best druid tank ring in the game for capping their crit immunity.
